I have had YRC scheduled to pick up multiple times and they just don’t show up. They told the 3rd party scheduler that they showed up to pick up but we weren’t there which was a lie. I stayed late 3 days to make sure the load was picked up. All 3 days wasted. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

They told us our shipment was headed to Jackson, miss....we sent a driver to meet it and our shipment was NEVER headed to Jackson. When we received it 2 days later, it was damaged.Completely dis-satisfied customer

If I could give this company zero stars I def would. This is the MOST UNORGANIZED freight company in this area . I would much rather deal with SOUTHEASTERN FREIGHT,their whole team is dedicated to getting things done right on time,every time because time is money. YRC freight drivers are LAZY they complain about shipments and weight,they change pickup and delivery times so they dont have to deal with the freight. Customer service is non existent. Every single time they have to pick up from my location they either dont have the information on file or a record of a pick up. When they do they change the pick up dates because their UNION DRIVERS ARE LAZY and they dont want to move pallets. STAY away from this company,their service is by far the worst.!!!!
