These folks are the absolute best in the business! Burst water pipes upstairs, flooded half of downstairs, ceilings and floors completely ruined. We called the other nationally known company at first but after numerous calls, they never actually showed up. Putman was recommended to us by our contractor. Thank heavens! Putman services came out immediately on the weekend, got all the equipment set up and had the show on the road from the minute they arrived. They were so friendly and professional. All services coordinated by them were of the highest quality. I cannot say enough good things about Putman services. They are definitely our “go to” people for any kind Of damage restoration services needed in the future !

During the ice storm and low water crisis, my home was flooded by an overflowing bathtub. After getting up as much water as I could, I contacted Putman. It was 3 days before road were opened enough for traffic to move. Putman’s crew were the first people to be able to get to me. I was so thankful to see them get here. They promptly started taking care of setting up equipment to dry out the house. They dried out and removed the soggy carpet that had been sitting for 4 days. They were very professional and took care of all that I needed. Management answered all my questions when I had a concern. I would recommend using them if you ever find yourself of cleanup help.

Best restoration company in the area. My home had major damage due to a storm that caused a tree to fall on my house. Putman came out right away, did an assessment, started water mitigation right away; packed me out and stored my belongings until the house was repaired, which took longer than anticipated. But the best thing they did for me was to give me assurance that they were going to take care of my belongings and they did not disappoint. They are friendly and caring, I couldnt have asked for better people to help me get through a very distressing period. Their facility is state of the art. Putt and his team do a thorough job extracting water, cleaning and sanitizing the work area. He works closely with our Certified Industrial Hygienists to ensure each job passes final fungal and bacterial testing. We never have to worry about him cutting corners.
