I’ve worked for Miner’s Chemdry in the past and they are the most selfless group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Dennis Miner will make sure you have everything you need to get your job done and he makes it fun as well. Heather Miner is the most compassionate person I think I’ve ever met. Together they make sure the customers are always happy and pleased and don’t mind going out of their way for great customer service and employee satisfaction!

I can no longer recommend this business after several years of using their services.They do not return or answer phone calls. They show up hours after they are scheduled to be there, with no courtesy call to let you know they will be late.Heck, they don’t even show up when they are rescheduled to come redo rooms that were over saturated with cleaning product. If you call to see where they are, no one answers. If you leave a voicemail, no one calls you back. This has turned into a very unprofessionally run business.PS - It takes over 24 hours for the carpet and upholstery they do to dry, not the 2 hours advertised.

The office is unresponsive but Stephanie is the best. Very professional & knowledgeable. I heard she left though

Miners Chem-Dry is a wonderful company. They use green certified cleaning solutions and carpets dry faster because they use less water than steam cleaners. Most impressive is the pet urine treatment. Chem-Dry is the best service you can get!

Stephanie cleaned my carpets today. She was so professional, very attentive to detail and respectful of everything in the home as to not bump it with the hoses. I would highly recommend her! I will have her back for grout cleaning next.

Miners Chem Dry just left our home and our carpet looks like the day it was installed! After three years and two dogs, our very light-colored carpet looked dingy and dirty...but not anymore! I highly recommend their service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did an exceptional job!

I have a motorhome 3 dogs and myself live in. When I arrived in Shreveport I needed to have the carpet cleaned. I called Miners Chem dry. They were professional from the 1st phone contact through the entire service. There were no surprises on pricing or anything else. The carpets were old but when they completed the cleaning they looked new again and were odor free! Thank you so much!

The carpet got cleaned in the middle. Some discolored spots are better. Wasnt too pricey. But office phone never answered and vmailbox full. Appointment for bid late an entire day. No call til the next day. Waited to let in cleaner when scheduled. Was over 3 hours late. No one to call at the office again. No one calls here to say theyre late? But finally responded to text sent on website thinking to cancel when late again without notice.Specifically wanted carpet edges cleaned. No sign it was done upstairs at all. Carpet machine stripes in the middle of the floor only. Downstairs the woodwork covered in black gunk splotches when we returned from grocery. Tried to call it my dirty dusty baseboards. Lol mightve worked had they not just been repainted. But at least something got around the edges there? Had really hoped for better. At least show up on time or call? BTW it doesnt dry in an hour. Still wet this morning in spots. But it didnt have fumes. Pet bird ok.

The technician explained the process and gave me a quote, set appointment, very knowledgeable. I couldnt believe how great the carpets looked upon completion. I would highly recommend minors chem dry.

Called to confirm my appointment for monday and because i used my maiden name to set the appointment and not my married name the young lady couldnt find my appointment. Had my carpet cleaned yesterday and I am completely amazed! The carpet is at least 20 years old and my hopes for it were not high, but after seeing the results, I will NEVER use anyone else again! My carpet looks great!!!

The best company to clean your carpets and furniture! They were able to make the old nasty couches that came with our house look BRAND NEW!! They are always professional and the quality of service cant be beat!

There are so many carpet cleaners in my area. I didnt know which one to turn to. I called up Miners Chem Dry and they told me they are green and that their equipment uses carbonation to clean rather than the many harmful chemicals that others use. Not only were they professional, my carpet looks amazing! I highly recommend them! Give them a call, you wont be disappointed!

**UPDATE** The owner did contact us and attempt to rectify the situation. My husband and I had both already missed work for the initial cleaning but he agreed to meet the “Master Tech” to see the wet spots and assess the problem areas (crunchy areas that were fine prior to cleaning and surface spots that weren’t cleaned). My husband left work, the tech was supposed to be there by 2. He called ten minutes after 2 and said he was almost there. 45 minutes later he still had not shown up. After an hour wait, my husband had to pick kids up from school. He was most unhappy and called the office for a refund. He was asked to wait to contact our credit card company and told that the owners would call that day. That evening passed, the weekend passed and no call, despite the hours online saying they were open. My husband called again today, because I do recognize that calling a major credit card company and complaining about a business isn’t good for a small company. First, he was told that it was faulty equipment and a similar complaint from a commercial company had been called in the same day and could they have another chance. My husband explained that we had given a chance only to be stood up, made more false promises and still waited for a call that never came. Then he was asked why his wife didn’t have a heart due to the review. Then was told all the ways the poor job could have been our fault and that he couldn’t make payroll if he refunded our money but he would pay for another company to come clean our carpets....really??? Finally, my husband gave up and called Heather who said they would do a partial refund. I guess a partial refund for a partial cleaning is the logic? This carpet cleaning was the last step before getting our house on the market. So, now we still can’t list, we were charged for $613 dollars and I guess we are expected to lose more time off work in the hopes someone will actually show up and maybe have functioning equipment this time. No thanks!Sadly, very disappointed. Everything is completely soaking wet hours after cleaners have left. Stains are still on the carpet, despite paying for the pet stain removal and we were charged 175 for cleaning a couch and they didn’t even do both sides of the cushions. Chose this company based on reviews... and my own 200 dollar carpet cleaner dries quicker and removes stains and odors better. Big mistake. Call Stanley Steemer, rent a cleaner at Wal-Mart, anything over this. Our entire house is soaked, the carpets aren’t clean and now instead of a faint dog odor we have overwhelming wet dog over, all for the discounted price of 600 dollars!!

I wish I could say this company gets one star because their work was sub par, but we didnt even get that far with them. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they gave us a ridiculous window of between 1-5 PM. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck around the entire time in our completely bare house. We called before the appointment, during the appointment, and after the appointment to confirm someone was going get with us, but they never did. A bit of advice to the company, get rid of your garbage technicians that cant keep appointments. You will never earn any of my money!

Amazing, locally-owned company. They always do a wonderful job on my floor and cushions. Even more importantly, they give back to their local community.
