Do not use this company! Poor work, didn’t show up multiple times when they were supposed to. Charged $450 to set 1 door and it would not open because they set it wrong and unlevel. Sent a different guy to fix then door would not close. Broke the door frame then wanted me to pay more for them to make new door frame. I told them I was not paying any more for it so they left it like this. Unfortunately they were paid because it was part of my closing cost when buying the house. I called their corporate nationwide number to make a complaint and no one has followed up with me since I made the complaint locally or nationally.

They were sent by my insurance company. They taped a tarp to my roof that came down the next day. They also pulled baseboards then disappeared. I never got the follow up to actually fix the roof that was promised. I ended up hiring another company to do the work. Six months later after not hearing from them I get a bill. I emailed pictures to the email address listed on the bill and asked to be contacted because I didn’t get the service I was being billed for. I got no response except for another bill and a notice that a lien was being placed against my property. Avoid these crooks.

We had a shower leak that resulted in some mold growth. Daniel was EXTREMELY helpful and responsive when we first reached out. He made our home a priority and got to the job in record time! Very informative and answered lots of questions. The serviceman, Tom, was the most professional and courteous serviceman I’ve ever had in my home! He was accommodating and very respectful of our home. He went out of his way to be tidy and polite. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I do not usually write reviews, but I felt inclined here because the professionalism was so lacking. We had a hot water leak in late December. Daniel came to our home to do an estimate in early January. We received the estimate of almost $9,000.00 several days later, but that was the end of it. It is now mid-March and nothing has been done to repair anything in our home. My wife and I called and talked to Daniel on many different occasions, and he would always say the painter was coming, but the painter never showed up. The walls needed repair before the painter could paint, so I don’t know why the no-show painter was so important. I told Daniel that the painter must not be interested in doing any painting. Daniel told me that the painter works for him and will do what Daniel tells him. The painter still never showed. Now, Daniel won’t even answer or return my phone calls. I called the corporate office, and they claimed to have sent him an email with my issues and I still heard nothing. This is a very unprofessional and dishonest outfit, with apparently little integrity. I wouldn’t touch them with a 10-foot pole. Save the frustration and call Servpro instead...

The company wasnt a problem. A worker named Billy was very unprofessional and I believe he took items he was not supposed to also seemed very suspicous like he was on something.

I feel violated and raked over the coals during the remediation process. Left my home open on 2 occasions. Outrageous timeline for completing the job.

They completed a water loss at my dads house. They did a good job!
