I was rear ended on Youree Drive recently. I called State Farm because my husband had not put our insurance card in the car. I spoke with Shamus Germany. I had hit my head on the back of the headrest pretty hard and was not thinking clearly. She stayed on the phone with me until the police arrived. She made sure that I would get a police report. She was also concerned about my head and suggested that I go to the hospital. She sent my insurance card through an email. Afterwards, she also sent me a card voicing her concern for me. This is the reason I stay with State Farm. They are always there for me when an accident occurs. I also call in my State Farm payment and they never act like Im a bother to them. I dont ever plan to leave Katrina Early and her wonderful staff.
