I figure if we are required to have insurance then an insurance company should not have the right to just drop someone because of accident. After all, we are required! Does not make sense to me at all. I faithfully pay my insurance. Gone so long with no accidents and no tickets of any sort. Then one set of mishap and they drop you like a hot potato! Ill never go back to them ever.

5 stars! Every time I call them and ask for anything they are always happy to help me. I had Geico and after that awful customer service I appreciate how well state farm caters to my needs. The prices are the most reasonable from what I can find anywhere! Call Shari, she is great! There is nothing better then the table side manner they provide.

This is the first negative review I have ever written about any business. . I have been a faithful customer of Bens for 10+ years and have had no accidents, tickets, etc. during this time period. My payments were set up to draft from my debit card, and when I got a new card with a chip in it, they tried to draft from my old card. Of course, it did not go through. Instead of calling me or emailing me (like EVERY other businesses did) they sent me 2 postcards to an address I havent lived at for 2 and a half years (which, of course, I never received) and then they just cancelled my policy. NO phone call, no email, just cancelled me. I have been driving around since February 12 (2 whole months) with no insurance. I would not have even known had I not received a notification from the DMV(which came to my current address) that I have no liability insurance and I have to pay $275 in fines. I am extremely upset, disappointed, and irate that this is how they treat valued customers. I did ask to be contacted by Ben Tullos and he has not contacted me personally yet.
