Great service!Noticed I had a flat tire this morning, right before I was heading out of town. Stopped in to see if they had time to look at it and they took it right in and got it fixed no problem. Great work, friendly staff. I’d recommend them anytime. I will go see them again!

We have had our vehicles serviced here for many years. I have been impressed with how quickly they have been able to get us in, and the cost of services has always been very reasonable.

The staffs are very nice and friendly.Gas price is great and competitive.The reason why I gave this 3 star review because I want to let you know, anything happened to your car, I would suggest you DO NOT come here to do any repairs and diagnose.They are VERY Expensive, they charged me for 130 just the test and I just found out that I can go somewhere Way Cheaper or no cost :(I understand the labor cost, but is still too pricy.So regret to come here and I am so poor now especially I am still a student :/

John was very accommodating to what needed to be done...and he said 2 hours and it was done in that exact time....I have gone to the Exxon on Lexington forever but moved here because its closer. I miss my free car wash but I dont have to go as far. What I dont understand is why the managers keep moving....I just get used to one, then hes gone..I totally miss Tim Welsh : (

This BP is close to a friends home that I visit often. It is extremely convenient although getting to the store is a little tricky due to medians in the road. Although it is not open 24 hours, it is open to11 p.m. every night. I have to say that whenever I go to this BP, the clerks have always been extremely polite, courteous and downright friendly.

We came in with needing air in one if our tires. After filling up we realized there was a screw in the tire. They stopped what they were doing to help us plug up the hole. Amazing service!

This station is great for buying gas, the attendants are always very friendly and the prices are competitive but when it comes to repairs other than oil changes, they are more expensive than dealers. The new service adviser (he said it was his first day) wanted $1,600 to replace a leaky brake line and charged $70 for an obvious diagnosis when I decided not get it fixed there. I dont know if it was incompetence or dishonest business practice. I took the vehicle to Tires Plus and they fixed it for $149. I was very glad that I decided not to get ripped off. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!

I got flat tire and had to stop at the gas station, The gentleman in the auto shop offered to change to the spare tire for $30 and also gave me estimated price for replacing the 4 tires. All these are fine. but I chose not to replace tires there because I had no idea the quality and price they have there.The problem is When we tried to replace flat tire with the spare, The gentleman warned that we should tow our car off their property and do it with proper way. It sounds very legal, but I am little offended. what is the proper way? Should I tow my car to my home to in order to change to spare tire?

Recently had a leaking tire on my way to work.I took a chance and pulled into the station for help. Josh was amazing and gave me a couple options to get me back on the road.Within 15 minutes Kane the mechanic had my rim fixed and the tires filled and I was on my way! Great service and great people thanks so much You have my respect and I will be telling my friends and family in the area.

Gotten oil changes/tire rotations here. I usually make appointment ahead of time and it works out well. They frequently have coupons on grocery store receipts and in the ones that come in the mail. The rates are reasonable.

Competitive gas prices. Ive gotten a couple oil changes here and been happy with the service and staff. Watch for discounts in local papers and grocery store receipts.

Worst ever. Did a oil change once, they forgot to put the cap on. Ive been driving it for three days until the oil smelled too bad. I opened the hood, you know what, the cap was still sitting on the side of Engine! SecondTime, they forgot to plug back vacuum tube, engine light was on that took me a while to figure out what,s going on.And I don,t blame them on these at all. You know, good skill, bad skill, charge high or low, that is all business, no big deal. But today it is too much, I changed my tires here two years ago, and found one is broken in middle, the day before family driving out for holiday. I thought I should have warranty on that but they say they don,t see my record in their system. I.m glad my wife found the recipe when l,m back home. I just don,t feel this is right.

I have a 2004 F-150 so Im in the shop all the time. Ryan Rich and his team always take care of me. I always leave satisfied and dont regret the service done on my vehicle. I have been to other shops that work to resolve the issue and rack up the bill at the same time. When I visit this service station Ryan can always pinpoint the problem and fix the issue.

At about 6:15 today I noted a very low tire on my nitrogen tires. Not knowing I could put regular air in it and with every place I know having closed at 6, I went to the North Suburban BP. Knowing that I just wanted my tire filled and didnt plan to spend any time or money there, the staff still offered to fill my tire himself and look at it when he was concerned there was a problem. He diagnosed the problem and offered me advice. He did a quick fix to get me until I can get it serviced. He was quick and courteous. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service. If I lived in the area, I would definetly go back.

These guys rock! Scott, Mike, and Greg are all to notch. Ive brought multiple vehicles here for repair and maintenance and never had a problem. Always feel they take the time to listen and never push me to do anything unnecessary. Highly recommend!

The people at the auto repair shop got my vehicle in and out very fast. Took the time to explain the repairs needed made me feel good. They also have a nation wide warranty on the repairs they do!

I have made this place my garage for upkeep of my vehicles. They have good front people and always explain whats going on very well. Their mechanics do a good job too.

They should change it to BS because that’s the kind of service you get. They over charge for repairs. For example, my cooling fan wouldn’t work and to replace it they said $380. It’s a $40 piece which I bought new and installed it in 2 hours by myself. That’s $170 an hour for labor. They said I have a massive oil leak which isn’t true, it’s a rather slow leak. They try to charge you for anything they can. It seems like when they fix one problem a new one pops up.

A “flat tire” after hitting a pothole turned into a side wall puncture. The BP staff found the problem, and quickly provided me with 4 new tires. Thx!

The mechanics are straight crooks. I have never rated anything on Google, but people need to know this. Ive brought in both of my vehicles for oil changes at this station once, and it will be the last time... I was told that my ball joints were bad on my SUV and I needed new control arms and bushings because my tires were wearing improperly. It was more than a $600 tab when I got the estimate. I declined, and took it to my mechanic. All I needed was an alignment... My car, they said I needed a new battery, which I declined because it was under warranty and purchased less than a year ago. I took it to 2 other places and had it tested. It tested ABOVE AVERAGE! Please dont have repairs done here without having a second opinion.

I havent had any major repair work done here but Ive always been happy with the service, and the staff is friendly.

My boyfriend an I had brought are car up here numerous times to get work done. They charged him over $500 to get his front breaks done. They charged him $80 for a diagnostic on the car after he had already told the mechanic that its the aultinator that does not work. They tried to argue the fact that it did take them an hour to look at the car. When my dad took one look at it and realized what it was. Then wanted to argue with my dad an boyfriend about working on it in the parking lot. I would recommend not to bring your car here to get worked on because they over charge an over price!

Very poor... I recently had an alternator replaced in my SUV by BP. Unfortunately, I found out three weeks later that another shop would have done the work for 1/2 the costs. I feel BP took advantage of circumstances.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THE “mechanics”. They don’t know what they’re doing and will lie to your face. They will strips bolt heads and when you ask them to replace them they won’t. Since my fiancée purchased her car 5 or so years ago, they have been the main ones to do her oil changes. We moved and she tried going to another place, then was turned down because bp’s mechanics stripped the drain plug. When we went in to confront the bp mechanics about the problem the guy at the desk lied to us saying it happens over time. Bolts don’t strip over time, they strip from improper tools or methods. We then told him we wanted it replaced so we wouldn’t have this issue again. They later then called and said “it wasn’t that bad and we just put the old one back in”. The bolt head is completely rounded on all corners and you can see marks from where they had to use a vice grips to take it off. The head guy at the shop also scolded my fiancée for not getting her oil change sooner (which she tried to get done but couldn’t because they ruined the drain plug).

Be very careful with this place. I came in for a oil changes and they tryed to get me with the whole 9 yards. New batter, tranny flush, and so on. To give you an idea I brought in a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee in when they jacked it up they told me that the rear differential plug should not have been rubber and it was leaking. As soon as the female mechanic told me that the head mechanic quickly corrected her saying yes the drain plug should be rubber. These individuals have no idea what theyre doing and their sole job is to up charge and rip you off. They will do it with a smile on their face and be polite but do watch out their soul jobs to upsell and rip you off. So if you have Deep Pockets and have a lot of money and waste, to go to a shop. Im sure they will get you to purchase something you dont need. Go to your dealership or individual that you trust. Not this place...

So ... not only did I have problems at 3 pumps when trying to use my Roundys card, I went inside for help only to receive an additude from the cashier named Johna (sp?) She gives me credit for the Roundys card, but unfortunately charges me for the wrong pump. Instead of crediting me her mistake, she charges me my actual pump amount. So I get charged 2 different amounts??I try calling this station only to be told that no one can help with this until 3 days from now? What?Where is the customer service at this place?I liked this station because it was very convenient and my Roundys card worked well in the pumps. If I have to continue to use my Roundys card inside - I think I will chose to go elsewhere. I do not ever want to be treated the way I was that morning!And Id appreciate getting credit for 1 of the amounts - not to mention my Roundys credit too!!
