I was really happy with the hood vent and mirror wraps, and the rocker stripes really add to the look that I am going for.

Justin did a great job on my windshield banner decal on my jeep wrangler. He liked my jeep as i pulled in. He told me what he does and what else he can do to my jeep and told me he owns people who does automotive custom work. He showed me this graphic design display where you can upload your vehicle and add graphics while you wait. This place is awesome! The work they did was perfect. The other thing that I really loved is that they did not try to upsell me. We collaborated on what could be done and they outlined the options and costs. When I picked the car up, they had done just a little something extra for no additional cost. Justin even gave me a tour of the shop and I was able to see some of the bigger projects they were working on. Whatever youre thinking of doing, Auto Trimmers can do it.

No complaints with the quality of the work. I am now pleased with my windows and tail lights. However, initially I was not pleased with how dark the tailights were and I felt like I got the run around. I thought I had made my preferences clear when I went to the in person estimate but that must of not translated to the installers. I am also not pleased that I had to pay more for the installers to redo the lights to my liking. I also got the vibe that this was just another car for them. There was no enthusiasm while talking with them at all. Seems like they are only excited about the cars worth $50k or more. I am going to have ppf put on next year and will likely go to another shop based off customer service I received.

Ive had several trucks and trailers wrapped in the past from other companies. Some pretty low quality and others decent but never really great, although very nice. I had an appointment at the place that had wrapped other vehicles of mine to get a quote and review what I wanted. While looking at wrap ideas online I stumbled across auto trimmers web site. What got my attention were the designs. Most wrap company web sites all look the same...basic letters and a sticker feel. Auto trimmers website seemed to have some actual designs that were cool, modern and gave me the impression they took time to actually design something vs grab images off Google so I called them. When I went in they first gave a tour of the shop, and showed me their process. Being a business owner myself I liked the extra touch they did there. The owner Justin sat it on the entire hour long design meeting along with the shop manager and designer all giving input. I dont know to many owners that would sit in on that and participate so that was also cool. As far as cost, Im not sure they are the cheapest place out there but I will say they are not the most expensive either. That being said I could have found it elsewhere for a little less money but I have had several cheaper wraps done and I will tell you without a shadow of a doubt the cheaper ones always disappointed me. Although I just picked the truck up an hour ago Auto Trimmers has not disappointed me and the impressions I had when pulling in to see the truck for the 1st time today was wow! I do not have any experience with how the wrap is going to be after a length of time yet or follow up if needed down the road but I can honestly say from the very well kept shop, to Craig who helped me with the process to Finn the designer and Justin the owner I was always made to feel I was the only customer there. So far Im impressed overall and hope to find the same consideration from them if I do need any follow up warranty work or whatever. Justins running a good business and if you were to ask me where to get your next wrap I would hands down say to reach out to them.

Great experience at first but went downhill rapidly. Very hard to get follow up appointments to get all the bubbling taken care of. I eventually just took the wrap off after a year. I think they rather work with fancy cars rather than work vehicles, cause I know if my van was a sports car, the bubbling wouldn’t fly.

Haveing window tinting for my 2017 Q60 in their shop is my nightmare 4 time back for the repair still have the same problem,bubble and more damage been tinting my 2001 MR2 2005 350Z 2012 G37 never have that kind issues very disappoint. Need to find another shop to take care their mess

Just picked up my Audi A4 from Auto Trimmers and couldn’t be happier. I had paInt protection film put on the entire front section of the car and then had the entire vehicle ceramic coated. The vehicle looks better than the day I purchased it - which was just a week ago. This shop is the best and Justin is awesome to work with. I have worked at 3M for many years and when learned that Auto Trimmers is a certified installer of 3M wraps, window tints and PPF, I knew they were the company I wanted to work on my car. 3M is extremely particular about who they certify. The fact that they have been certified 3M installers for many years speaks volumes about their ethics and their work. BTW - I paid for my film and coating. It is how a small, family run business stays in business.I find it ironic that virtually every negative review is from someone from CA, PA, MD, etc. And you came ALL the way to Shoreview, MN to have work done? Not for a minute do I believe that.Already thinking about having the same thing done to my other car. Thanks Justin for the awesome work on my car. I love it!

The only negative reviews on autotrimmers are followers of Mr Organik aka Jarvis Rivers on youtube. He started whining about not getting a free wrap and his fanboys attacked this man and his business. Sad that this day in society, people attack him after only hearing one side of the story.
