We had our septic back up into our garage. We had one person come out and tell us that we needed to replace our entire leeching fields. I called Shelton Septic for a 2nd opinion, when Charlie came out, he first looked at the tank and realized that it hadnt been cleaned in some time, did that and told us that there was no reason to have to go any further. He was reasonable price wise and very nice to work with. Would suggest him to anyone.

I am in the process of closing on a home. The home has a septic system instead of public sewers. When it came time in the beginning for the home inspection I went the extra step to have a septic company come out to inspect. Most companies I reached out to either had no availability or didnt return my calls. Luckily Charlie from Shelton Septic & Sewer did and he was able to make the inspection date that was already scheduled.Charlie and his partner (sorry, the name escapes me currently) were very helpful in answering mine and my wifes questions on the system. We close on the home in two weeks and feel ready to go with the system. Id recommend Shelton Septic & Sewer. When the time comes to empty the septic system out for a cleaning I will be reaching out to them again.

Im a Realtor that sells homes in the Shelton area. Many of the homes have Septic systems. This company came in to service one of my Clients back in August and did such a wonderful job. It made the difference of selling my listings or not. Sincere and friendly, they did their work efficiently and effectively. Not only that but, they were reasonably priced. I cant say enough about the service Shelton Septic provided. I had a problem with my leech field and called a few companies. Without doing much investigating, they recommended spending thousands of dollars to repair or replace my entire system. I called Shelton Septic and within an hour of digging a few holes, it was determined I had a problem with one of my toilets and we were using way too much water for our system to handle at once. We may have to do some repairs in the future but rather than try and sell me a brand new system, we only spent $250. The owner said I would rather have you spend a little money now and hopefully find the issue rather than have you spend it on something you dont need. Its the first company I felt was completely honest. Thank you for your excellent service
