This company left an invoice from 2014 duct taped to my newly painted front door. We have lived in this house for a year and a half. The previous owner died several years ago. That would not have been hard to find out. Although why they would be billing in this manner almost 7 years later is a mystery. However, if this is the way they handle billing issues, I would not let them do any work for me.

They came out quickly and did their work so quietly I only knew they were here when I saw their work vehicle. The office is very busy, but they are very helpful and are focused on taking care of their customers.

My husband contacted them to do a septic feasibility on land we want to buy, our feasibility period is now almost over and we can’t get a hold of them to save our lives. No one ever answers the phone or calls us back. This is not only unprofessional but is also about to screw us over with this land purchase, very frustrating!

I wish I would have called these guys first. It would have saved me time and money. The competence and attention to detail was refreshing and helped my get done what I needed to do.

Ive worked with b-line twice now and every time has been a blessing I worked with Jerry both times who went above and beyond trying to save me money. they saved me thousands where other company I had out here first on Monday was going to charge me for a pump that wasnt even out. My experience with B-line has been awesome. The work they have done (clearing, grading, and roughing in a driveway) and work they are prepared to do (septic and trenching for utilities) has been impeccable. Don (owner) has gone above and beyond to make sure that i am taken care of and has been there every step of the way. Like anyone who is good at what they do, they are extremely busy, so plan work early...

They correctly identified a settled septic tank where it had settled several inches on the out-flow end, damaging the pipe to the field. They were then quick to contact me and fully describe the issue as well as the needed repairs and then correctly executed those repairs the next day including lifting the tank and backfilling. Great work. Excellent communication, quick response. And I was in Alaska the whole time of these repairs.

B-line did a great job installing my septic system. I was a complicated job and they completed it quickly and cleaned up the site afterwards. They were friendly and professional. I referred a friend who had a problem with their septic system and they were very pleased with their work too.

The B-line crew is top notch. If you need a septic system, go with them.They do design and install . B-line went above and beyond expectations.

Initial work to achieve certificate on the septic to sell the house started and they didnt come back for 6 weeks. I called and they came back and finished. Couldnt find our invoice, and they dont call you back for days. Ended up spending $1600.00.The crew was great. I wouldnt use them again.

I made the mistake of calling another company to come check my septic system, because my alarm kept going off. They didn’t test anything, all they did was pump it and within a day my alarm was going off again. Called B-Line they came out right away and had the issue fixed within a couple hours. The tech was friendly and the price was reasonable. Definitely will be calling them again for any of my septic needs.

Pumping my septic tank went fine but when it comes to returning calls, their process is very broken. Multiple calls over several weeks finally resulted in a return call and when I gave the feedback that I had already needed to contact another place, the response was terse, borderline rude without so much as a sorry about that. I doubt if that feedback will get to the owner.
