Dana and his guys were professional, kind, caring, and funny and made my worries go away. They made sure my septic tank was fixed and in good condition for the sell of my home. The girls in the office were so nice and kind, and very responsive. Thank you Shelton AAA Septic for making my worries go away. Great company, highly recommend.

Find anyone else to do your septic pumping and inspection. They are threatening (if you question your bill) and after guaranteeing their workers years of experience still try to lie about their work. Dont trust them. Went with another business to go through the inspection again and passed with flying colors with no extras needed. Happy to elaborate if needed. To clear up the response below.... I did question as to why it needed have a camera especially after the driver said he hadnt been with the company that long (6-9month). But I did go ahead with the camera as they said I needed. The person who came to do the work was there 10 min and said the system was perfect. It wasnt until that point that I felt that I had a right as the owner of my home to call and ask question. So i called and was told the owners wife would call me back, she did not. I called a week and a half later and finally talk to her. She did not like me questioning the experience of her technicians and asking general questions. She said that she backed her technicians 1000% over anything I would have questions on. She proceeded to threaten to pull my already passed inspection (which come to find out they had already submitted). A day and a half later I received a phone call from my Realtor stating that the camera guy screwed up another job and now they wanted to come back with someone else to recheck mine. After the threat I had already received I declined them access to my property. I then received a phone call from the owners wife saying that they possibly didnt do a good job and needed to come back out to redo the camera work. I was then told they would take off the charge that I had questioned if I let them come back out. I told her no and she then said they were going to have to report that I refused their service. I explained that I was going with another company to completely recheck their iffy work. The next (more professional company) came out (even found a tank lid they missed) and approved my system.

Our septic alarm started to go off in the morning so we scheduled a call with AAA based on referral from a neighbor.Being new to semi-rural living, we had no idea what was wrong and dreaded the worst ... especially the potential cost.Becky, from front office, was friendly and helpful as can be.Jeremy, from AAA, turned up and was an absolute legend.Turns out it was a really simple fix.He took the time to explain what was going on & how to carry out simple maintenance to save money in the future.He was so honest & helpful that we are going to sign up for an annual maintenance plan ... hopefully well get Jeremy every time.Do yourself a favor & save time & effort.Our local Shelton AAA is the place to go.Thank you team ... youre AWESOME !!

Rented a Porta-Potty from them for 4 months. Their billing system failed to take payment on two occasions in a row, leading them to have an out-standing payment to my account that they didnt notify me of for 13 MONTHS, until it went to collection.Very unprofessional to have your books in such disarray that you cannot communicate or contact debts to get paid before sending for collections.Discussed the events with the Manager Debbie, apparently 2ea emails over 15 months = We tried to contact you. Never mind no phone calls (no messages left) or sending a physical statement to my billing address.1: Failed to take payment twice.2: Failed to notify of failure to take payment for 13 months.3: Debbie lied about inability to rescind bill once sent to collections despite aforementioned.4: Filed complaint with BBB.

I cant say enough good things about this company. I needed my septic to not only be pumped and inspected, but located. I though it was under the deck, but thats all I knew. AAA was the third company I called; the other two had no interest in getting dirty, digging and crawling to find the septic tank. AAA located the tank (it was actually under the trailer), pumped and inspected the system, and charged a reasonable amount. I highly recommend you call them first. I wish I had.

Very friendly and professional. The lady on phone was so nice and able to answer all my questions and look up history. The people who came out were able to be out here within two hours. And were very professional, they already knew were my tanks were. I will for sure using them for now on. Thank you for your work and I hope it stay amazing.

I had a septic emergency and called AAA. They came soon after I called. Luckily it was an easy fix. I feared the bill, but it was very affordable! Very good service.

I am really happy with AAA Septic. They were able to make it out to my home the same day. The customer service was great and the technician who came out to my house was very friendly and provided a lot of good information about my system. I highly recommend them.

I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was very kind and explained things to me. The gentleman came out and was just great. Dont go to A plus in Olympia. They ripped me off three years ago.

These guys are pros. Came the day after I called, arrived early and were done in an hour and a half. They had a difficult pump out job and worked thru it and explained in detail what repairs were needed and what to watch for for future reference. Highly Recommend!!!
