Very professional barber. Very easy parking. Lots of loyal customers but I never waited long . The last couple times I went during the week there was no wait. $16.00 great price. Good conversation. First time costumer discount. She takes her time and does a good job. Ive been there 3 times so far and Im very happy.

When I moved to Shelton, I was in search for a good barber with fast hands and affordable price. Hair We Are and Karen is the perfect solution for that. Best barber shop with parking spot available and she is quick and talented to get your hair done in a breeze. After second time, she knows my style and I dont need to explain every time.Im not going to tell you the price but if youre a new customer, you get yourself a hair cut for only $10! Yep, unbelievable. And its still under $20 for haircut for regular customers.

Karen was/has been my hairdresser for many many years, since I would say 1988... when she worked for [*was it Hugos ?? OR was it Anthonys ?? round the corner and a couple of blocks over.... ] anyhow, with the exception of a break in the late 1990s and a break now [because my life situation has again changed somewhat...] it was always good to see Karen, as weve known each other for close to 30 years now....As the previous reviewer stated, Karens shop has indeed moved - its no longer on Bridge St, which is a good thing - as being hassled by homeless people at the old location was not my idea of a good time when I would [towards the end...] stop by Karens shop.I am hopeful that the new location [*while being very very well hidden unless you know she is there...] behind the Ice Cream Shop on Bridgeport Ave works out well, as the parking seems more than ample and all the nonsense from downtown non-existent.
