My son and I just got done getting our haircut. Both Kacie and Denise were an absolute delight. The hot towel and a shampoo were a great surprise. We are here from out of town and will be looking for a Sports Clips back home to go to. Great haircut, super friendly staff… what more could you ask for?

Not a “FAN”of this location, haircutters expect a tip which shouldn’t be taken for granted, even for a amateur grade cut. I’d rather get service from a non-franchise barber shop NO GIMMICKY concept. Just another franchise gimmick. Marketing can really make things look good but the reality is always different than the pictures, just like fast food.

I Have been here 3 times over the past few years. Yeah I dont get my haircut that often. As a guy its not a big deal to me. Anyway each time I walked in I was greated by someone who asks if I have been here before. The Staff is very friendly and if you like Sports then this is the place to get your haircut. Its completely Sport themed and still very inviting and comfortable to be there. They have different levels of service with the MVP one being the top. MVP is a haircut, shampoo and scalp massage a hot towel on your face and a shoulder massage. It always go for that one as I think it is luxury I never get to enjoy that often. I believe that the base price for just a haircut is $20 and the MVP upgrade is an additional $6.00. At least that is what it says on my receipt for an Adult. I will continue to come here and each time I am extremely happy with the haircut and the service.

The last 2 times I have gone to the SportClips in Shelton I Checked In using the mobil app and the wait was 0 Minutes. Only to walk in the door and be told I had to wait outside for a couple minutes for my stylist. What a joke, the first time I waited 30 minutes and just today I waited over 20 minutes before I got so mad I just left! What a waste of my time! Whats the point of having an app to Check in if you wait half an hour anyways! I guess they think they are a doctors office or something! Im done!!!

I really like this hair salon a lot. The stylists all seem to have a good talent for doing haircuts and having great conversations. I come here now for five months every two weeks and never had a complaint, so definately recommend this place.

I went in tonight to get a haircut that was long overdue. Maryann was there by herself bc someone didnt find coverage for them to take the day off. But she was timely and still very thorough. I will definitely be back again for my next cut!

Friendly staff. I try to time my visits to be during show periods and it has worked for me. I have not had a wait over 15 minutes. Hard to find in the plaza, but well worth looking for

I received a coupon for a free VIP haircut in the mail and decided to give it a try since I needed a haircut anyway.WHAT A JOKE!They don’t know how to cut hair, and the massage and shampoo were ridiculous.The girl cut my hair exactly the way I asked her NOT to. What is the sense of telling them what you want, if they’re not going to listen?The “massage” was like she was playing with my hair. No towel after the wash, so I dripped all the way back to the station.First time I was upset after a haircut.Monkeys would have done a better job.
