Long time customer. On a Saturday I had a minor emergency. Brake lights out and my 23 old son leaving for his first trip going to NY in an hour. On a busy Saturday, the service technician (forgot to get his name..Mike?) on the desk personally came out to my car and did the repair on the spot. No charge.. just $11 for a couple of bulbs.. I recently brought my Pilot here to have a brake issue corrected and to diagnose and correct a transmission problem. They had the vehicle for 7 hours and I hadn’t heard anything. I finally called to get status. The lady who answered the phone was curt and sent me to a voicemail. I called again and they told me that the car had been assessed and gave me the options for the brakes and said they could not reproduce my transmission issue. I don’t understand why they had not yet called me to supply this information considering they were closing in an hour and a half. I told them that I would have been happy to come in to help recreate the transmission issue but he said they “wouldn’t have had time to do that”. I called 2 days later to speak with the service manager and was sent to a voicemail that was full. I left a message with a receptionist and have not heard anything. I don’t know how this dealer receives such high customer service marks because I have not dealt with anyone here that has offered anything but mediocre service and quite frankly is the exact reason I don’t go to dealers if I can avoid it. I will not go back to Curtis Ryan.
