They will keep you posted with what you need to know and not jack you on ya prices they keep everything square and are willing to work with you on your budget. I know from experience they will have you up and running again in no time. West automotive shoukd be a nascar pit crew with their quick and precision work. After my car had been without AC for 4 very hot days, I called West Auto to request an appointment. Due to the extreme heat, they worked me in and had my car fixed within the week! Very courteous, super professional and one of the best experiences with an auto shop Ive ever had!

Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Gave me a fair price on honest labor about 1/3rd ot what I expected. Another chain store in town gave me a higher price on something they said I needed that I didnt. Was driving from NC>Chicago when my brakes started smoking and the car was stranded. Had it dropped at West by recommendation of a local on a Sunday when they were closed. Called the next day (from Chicago) and explained the situation. They said they could have ot fixed by the time I needed to head home a week later. They delivered on that promise, and whereas they easily could have gouged me on the price of parts and labor, ot actually came out cheaper than I would have expected even from a trust shop back home. They seem like good, honest people who do quality work.
