Chris and Will are amazing!! I took my car in for an overheating issue. They found the most likely culprit; a busted reservoir, and replaced it. I took my car home. The next day I was out driving and it began overheating again. I waited until they opened on Monday morning and called the shop. Will asked me to bring the car later that day. It was a bad thermostat. Will told me on the phone if it was a misdiagnoses that my car would be fixed at no further charge to me. I was able to walk out of the garage on Monday with a car that no longer overheats. I was also able to walk out without having to pay even one additional cent!! They are amazing mechanics and the office staff is absolutely wonderful!! Will and Chris are AWESOME!! I will never take my car to another shop!! Thank you both so much. Will and Chris great! Up front about everything. Chris is a great tuner. Both are every professional. Chris talked to me on the phone about what I had done to my motor. To make sure he knew what performance alterations had been made too it. He knew what I was talking about. And what to do to get it right. Will rock as a front desk man. Great person to work with. Let me know what was going on. Even put me on hold for a min to go back and check it again. After I missed his call and I called him back. The customer service is about as good as you could ever get. Honestly and up front about all there work. Even give a warranty on there work thats nationwide l. They have check list of thing to check. From your oli to your window washing fluid. I think they even check blinker fluid lol

We had a bad deal with our truck and a mechanic in Cornersville. We were recommended to Perry’s. We took our F250 powerstroke to them, and 2 weeks later got it back. They fixed everything that our previous mechanic was supposed to fix. They broke everything down for us. In my opinion they went above and beyond. Chris, Will and the gang are top notch!! I would recommend them for ALL your automotive needs!!!!

Poor communication skills and not professional. Paper work was a mess and edited after the fact. Inspected my motor, did 350 dollars worth of work on it and then called to tell me motor is bad, after inspection was told everything seemed fine though??

I had no plans to take my car to Chris, however, I had to last week. Christ diagnosed my car right away and explained thoroughly the steps he planned to take to fix the problem. I had, what I thought was, a complicated problem with my Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Just because of the make of my car, I know I’m usually going to have trouble finding reasonable pricing, a local shop or the correct fix. These guys were all three!! Excellent service, listened very attentively to my problems I was having, gave a nice professional and informed assessment, and saved me a lot of money! If you want your car fixed the right way at a reasonable price go to Perrys. They know what theyre doing and dont try to push you into getting other things done that arent broken.
