Tried to call at 8am to get a quick estimate for my car. I asked the guy if I should schedule an appointment or if I could come in now (8am is the time it says they open on Google). He then laughs at me and tells me that he just walked in the door and that he closes at 10am??? I asked him if we was only open for one hour....He mumbled and said “I’m done man” and hung up the phone. What?!?! I then saw the other 1 star reviews and wasn’t surprised. You’re better off trying to fix your car yourself.

Lesters does quality, honest work - we were VERY satisfied. Unfortunately, nobody is in a good mood when they need to repair their vehicle, so understand ahead of time that the wait time for your vehicle being returned will depend on the severity of the damage as well as the competitive demand for the same repair shop (higher in the winter months).The customer service can be one extreme or another, so come in with an open mind. Again, Lesters provides honest work.

Awesome people to work with. My truck had front end and rear end damage from a collision. Lester made sure the repairs were done right. The truck looked like it just rolled out of the showroom when they were done. In fact the truck looked better after the accident than before. Cant recommend Lester and his group enough.

Two and a half weeks and they still havent even started. They dont answer their phone, even during open hours. An office employee said shed call me back today with information and didnt. I called them 9 times between 3:30 and 4:30 and they kept hanging up!

Had the worst experience ever, not only did it take 11 weeks, but when i went to get my car i realized there was a 6 in scratch (possibly from cleaners at different shop) on the bottom of my brand new passenger door ( he did buff it out) and my door is off track. When i went to talk to him about it he immediately jumped down my throat cussing me and causing a big seen. Not very professional!!! When i went in with good intentions. Then i asked him about my driver side door paint was all chipped and bent back. He told me it had to be someone that tryed to break in. Supposed to go in tomorrow with my insurance company and see if he will acknowledge he rude behavior.

A Very Very Sad Place !!! Stay Away !!! As a Disabled Marine this Guy said he doesnt have the Time To do Estimates. He was Rude and Very Much a POS !!! All I can Say for anyone else I would take Your Business Elsewhere.

Went in at 8am the opening time today the guy came in said what can i help you with didnt seem to be in a hurry then and i asked to come and look at some chips in my hood and all of sudden he was busy and said let me drop what im doing because you cant see im trying to open how can you have any customer base if your not ready on time like a professional buisness would be take your stuff to sand man at least they take time out and take you seriously
