The service was quick and they did not attempt to charge me for anything unnecessary. In fact, even what they did do, was rediculously cheap compared to what I wouldve paid elsewhere. Todd is a good guy and this place is with waiting for an appointment to get in there. The wait time for appointments is only further proof that this place is great. Todds shop is in high demand.

I can’t recommend Todd’s highly enough! We have used them for a couple of years now and are always impressed with their work quality, customer service, and pricing. My experience over the last couple of days though has made us total devotees!Last week, I had a headlight go out. I thought it would be a fairly simple thing to fix, so I went to one of those quick oil change places over the weekend. They said they couldn’t do it because my bulb was LED. So I went to an auto parts store to try to buy a bulb. They tried to sell me one for $135. When I asked if they could look at my car and confirm that was the lightbulb I needed before I bought it, it quickly became apparent that they could not. That’s when I decided to call in the professionals!Todd’s got me in the day after I called and changed the bulb for a nominal charge (spoiler alert: I didn’t need the $135 bulb 🙄). When I expressed my shock at how small the charge was, the nice lady in the office said, “Well honey, all we did was change a lightbulb” 🤣 Well that may be true, but plenty of people would have taken advantage of the fact that I didn’t know how to change it myself! Todd’s didn’t and, for that, we will be customers for life.Thanks for being great neighbors!

Todds is perhaps the most respected auto repair place in Shelby County. Todd himself is accurate in his diagnosis, provides high quality repairs, and is fair in his pricing (he almost always beats competitor prices). All this can add up to long wait times for setting appointments, but for good reason.
