Lived here for almost 4 years and my experience was great until I received a nonrenewal based upon my special needs children yet there are children and adults being loud every day all day. Also there are people that smoke weed all the time and yet the office staff doesnt seem to care about those things going on. Discrimination at its finest. Dont live here especially on the top floor with special needs children cause a nonrenewal letter will be attached to your door as well.

Been treated like a friend since day one. Even before I was approved as a tenant! I will definitely spread the word to anyone I know who may be looking for an apartment in the future!

I have been living here since April 3rd it is a really nice community I love my apartment wish I had better neighbors because they are to loud my babies can’t sleep at night especially on the weekends and they think they are bullies but other then that park trail is wonderful Ms. Patty is doll I love her and her attitude she is straight forward and very honest and very sweet and if anything goes wrong with your apartment she makes sure it gets fixed as soon as possible great place I love it

Ive been living here almost 4 yrs. I love the staff. I know this staff is doing as good a job as they can. When you live in government subsidized housing, you wont get perfection. They have a very small budget and are doing what they can with it. The apartments are lovely for government housing!! Yes, the upstairs neighbors are loud, but thats how it is with upstairs neighbors no matter where you live. I once lived in a very high end apartment complex and my upstairs neighbors were just as loud so we cant expect any different here. Every time Ive had a problem and took it to the management, they took care of it right away. The only bad thing for me, personally, is that Im out growing the apartment!! Sure, neighbors are also bad sometimes, but no matter where you live, that can also be the case....you cant put that on the management...they cant tell who will be good or bad neighbors. But, if I have a problem, they take care of it right away. Its a lovely complex. So, Im happy here with the few exceptions that would be anywhere Id live.

I went in for application and the manager with the blonde haired refuse to give me application I ask her if I could have one maybe just be put on reserved but she told me again that she refused to give me one because she only except applications once apartments come available on craigslist and other sites they show their poor trail has plenty of apartments available not quite sure what it was about me that made her choose to refuse to give me an application but I have money in hand and all my documents

Maintenance is wonderful I love Patty n the office. But Vickie acts like she is perfect has no idea about children and working parents. There is no reason children should not be able to play outside without parents having to stop everything and be outside. Also I live in the back by the woods I put a screen on my door because we are being invaded by huge spiders and bugs she made us remove that as well who in their right mind is this insensitive especially with a newborn baby in the house.

The office manager is NEVER in the office and she has a really bad attitude. She scheduled me for an appointment to come fill out an application today at 2:00 and she had the door locked because she said she was on a conference call. I waited 45 mins then left. I went back and she told me she wasnt taking applications because she doesnt have anything available but the website says different. You need a new manager!!

I would give zero star to this place, me and my husband have been staying here from last yearAnd we’ve never been late on the payment but recently the the lady was working in the office was a really nice lady but she quit all of a sudden and nobody is in the office during that time and me and my husband been making runs every day to the office but nobody is there so to whom we supposed to pay finally my husband got in hold of one lady on 6th whom they’ve send from main office only to collect payment and now they want late fee $81 on it just bcz they don’t have in the office to collect payment before that, such unique way to cone people.

I feel safe here there are a lot of good people here. I just wish people had more respect for their selves and everybody else that lives here unfortunately because of bad choices other people have to suffer

Me and my wife just moved in. In October every one that works here are very nice and managment is very good to . Very happy with everything so far

Great place to live!! Ive been here for almost 10 yrs., and have watched Park Trail get better and better. The tennants are excellent and always take care of their homes. They are also very friendly and respectful of their neighbors. The staff is awesome also. The apartment manager is very nice, she is also very stern, and makes sure that this is a safe and beautiful place to live. The leasing agent is super friendly, and down to earth with the residents. She is always coming up with activities for the residents and children here. The maintenance tech, works very hard to keep the property looking beautiful. He is always busy making this a great place to live. The maintenance supervisor is just all around an awesome person. He is probably the smartest person I have ever met. He can fix ANYTHING! I have personally seen him after hours, helping residents with everything from, repairing cell phones, TVs, computers, to helping with washers and dryers, and vehicles. This is a great place for anyone, and everyone. Perfect place wether youre a single person, or if you are trying to raise a family. I highly recommend Park Trail Apartments. Its not just an apartment complex, its a HOME!

Always sounds like the neighbors are going to come through the ceiling and its very loud because you can hear everything that goes on upstairs. other than that its ok. definitely needs updating and remodeling though!

At the beginning of my stay at the apartment complex I was very impressed with the staff and the condition of the place. Then after about 1 month I had neighbors that constantly fought and one upstairs that sounded as if she would come through the ceiling at any moment. I made several calls to the office and never got anything done about them.I also had problems with the cock roaches and other bugs. I told them at the office and they did absolutely nothing to fix this issue either.

Drove through, lots of kids unattended, did seem to be kept up and reasonably priced.
