I purchased the basic touchless car wash on Tuesday, Jan. 19th, 2021 and when I drove in the bay and stopped as the stop light indicated, the car wash did begin despite multiple attempts to trip the machine to begin......the only sign on was the exit light.......I would like to know where to go to receive a refund. Thank you.

Washer didnt work left with dirty truck

Its the best place for a auto car wash. Touchless one is the best. Gets all bugs off and gets under window guards. Just be safe and carry both cash and or card. Avoid quarters.

Like that they offer a brushless car wash.

I took my car here and did the touchless wash. The wash asked me to drive up a sensor (did not work properly) which ended up cracking my front bumper. Highly disappointed that my brand new used car has a crack and would not recommend to anyone else if you love your car.

Would not take cash, had to use credit card to pay. Then car wash malfunctioned. Had to go to dealership for refund, they reset car wash. It worked but only would accept credit card no cash.

Very good car wash with the two options of touchless and the brushes. I personally recommend the touchless one though as to avoid any scratches on your car. I also believe the cost is getting a bit intense. There is no need for a car wash to be this expensive.
