Mandi was amazing! I brought my other vehicle in and was prepared to pay for a full “works” wash for it when I normally don’t bring this vehicle in (only the other one regularly). She asked if I had a membership and I said yes but not with this vehicle. She was busy and working by herself so she let me go through. A simple gesture like that can really make someone’s day! I was in today and it was a wait as I expected. When the sales man went to take my order, he was complaining about being at work and was very slumpy. You could tell he did not wanna be there as he was very slow at everything he did. I was not impressed at all and I will probably not be coming back.

I was in today for a car wash and I was sitting in the lobby. The employees were extremely friendly. Although there was one employee who was in the lobby talking about how he was going to do a horrible job on detailing because he did not receive tips. After hearing this, I would never recommend them to anyone who was looking for detailing.

Excellent exterior wash, and the interior wipe down and floor cleaning refreshed my Jeep after hauling all my books and materials back home after this most interesting school year. I will be back.

Always get a great wash here. Love the towel dry people they always get in the cracks of the doors. Love the ability to purchase a year of unlimited washes.

Disappointed with result of auto detail service. Paid for Magic Elite package. Had to go back a 2nd time since the first appointment was rushed and vehicle was not clean as expected. After 2nd appointment, some areas pointed out that we’re not clean thoroughly still have same debris leftover from the first appointment. Appreciated the response from the manager but will look at other options next time

My first and last time coming here! Terrible customer service, please train your staff basic customer service like Hi I wasnt acknowledged at all when I walked in. I was there for the Magic Elite service - listed as the Best value in town you should remove that, seems like false advertising. When I scheduled I was told it normally takes about 4 hours, they were done in 2 hours and it sure looked like it. Didnt wash my truck, didnt vacuum under the 3rd row seats, didnt clean my floor mats. Brought it to their attention and I was giving the excuse the guy sometimes rushes over these things to get done faster. This was a glorified wipe down that I could have done myself. I was paying for DETAIL Had to ask for a refund, wasnt offered one and was only given partial refund. Seems like a common occurrence since there was another person there with the same complaints.

Purchased a gift certificate for interior detailing. Buyer beware as they DO NOT do weekend appointments and the weekly ones are 3-4 weeks out. Guess one can plan plan on missing work. Disappointed!

I went to go get my car wash like I did in the past. I had a specific issue that I needed them to help me with.The last time I had them wash my car, I believe I had them put a wax on it and then I ended up putting my business magnet back on the on car. I found later that the magnet had actually adhered itself to my car to where I was uncomfortable to take it off myself.I stopped in, asked them if they would be able to take it off for me seeing as they may have other items that could be used. They took the time, worked on getting it off and in the end succeeded!Thank you to Mike and Kylie to both took the time to take off the magnet. They went above and beyond to help get it off and I appreciate it.

The people are awesome and actually make the visit enjoyable. They make your car super clean. They also give anyone a chance to be employed which is really nice. Ive been here as kid and still come here as an adult. Love the owners as well :)

Our vehicles were not dried off completely. Both my husband and I came together with our vehicles.

I paid extra for some mud splashed in my wheel wells, and it was still there after i paid $25 for a car wash!

Just got in my car after paying for the Ultimate Full Service car wash. I drive a sedan. When I got home I went to put my standard roadside assist equipment back in the trunk only to find out they did not vacuum the trunk. So I called to ask. I was told that costs a dollar more, to vacuum out the trunk. Are you kidding me? The Ultimate Full Service car wash cost me $34.00 and I didnt get my trunk cleaned. BTW, my spouse was ahead of me in his SUV. A bigger car than my sedan. He got his back vacuumed for free.

Incredibly impressed with the outcome! I have 2 dogs that shed enormously and I couldn’t find one piece of hair. I’d highly recommend to anyone!

We had a very messy curry spill in our car. Magic was able to fit in a cleaning on short notice and did a wonderful job. You can’t even tell that anything was spilled at all. Great work and gracious service!

Bought full service and leather care for $60. Exterior was OK except for the door jam. I didnt expect for a full detail but my leather and interior went in the same way it came out. Couldnt even take a wet rag and wipe my center console. Had to redo the interior with my own product and time. First and LAST time with magic car wash, thank god I didnt buy the monthly or yearly commitment.

I went in for a wash and vacuuming, the outside looks great but the vacuuming wasn’t all that great, missed most of the interior.

We had a detailing scheduled for about two weeks in advance. We expected it to be done that day we had to have my sister-in-law come to give us a ride there to drop off the vehicle. The vehicle was there for 5 hours before she called to see how much longer it would be, they subsequently said it would be finished in 10 to 20 mins. When She went to pick the vehicle up she got there to find that it wasnt even finished and that she would have to return it there following morning, making so that we would have to take a cab to and from. This is upsetting and doesnt make sense at $180 for a detail this is unacceptable.

Did not have a great experience my first time here. Decided to give it another try. You guys definitely redeemed yourselves. Brought my new car in today and recieved excellent service. The young lady at the counter was sweet and engaging. My car looks amazing! I will be back!

Had my car detailed inside and out. It came out great and was worth the money.

I had pulled in to the magic car wash on erie ave on friday the 6th of this month and it just happened i had come up 10th street and i had witnessed multiple employees standing in the alley smoking and looking at there phones while there was atleast two cars inside. And the guy who took my order did not have a mask on which makes me a bit concerned along with a few other employees, after my wash my windows seemed to only be wiped in the middle all four corners of the front window were still dirty as well as the back passenger side window,still had nose marks from my dog i would hope that if anything, management will begin to take this serious looking to the future. I was not pleased today.

4 times in 30 days they ran us through at basic....while being a premium member.....and every time just a sorry....my bad was offered.

I feel if I am paying $ 30.00 for a wash, intr. vac & glass wiped, & tire cleanmy car should look like it was done. My vehicle was not wiped done dry, streaks on the glass on the intr., tires did not any different than when I came there. Disappointed!

I stop here every time I am home for a visit, they do the best job!

Better wash than most quick places plus the bonus of service. Could do a slightly better job cleaning glass but overall great wash and options for a quick clean in and out. You can always ask about their specials.

Took my car there to get washed on lunch break. Super fast. Was in dirty out clean. Loved the good job they did on the express wax, put a nice finishing touch on the shine when it came out of the garage. Last but not least friendly staff. Very happy and nice to talk with. Strongly suggest checking them out. Located on the corner of 10th and Erie ave.

Not impressed. Brought two cars in and paid over $200 for full interior clean just to end up finishing the job at home. They didnt bother to open the center console to clean the compartment, no attempt was made to clean cloth ceiling and glass. Air vent and head rest in one car was not cleaned. I could go on. Pretty disappointed. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

Disappointed. Service was speedy by smiling personnel. Bought the magic wash for 24.99 and had to ask to have spots removed from windshield after watching attendant try to scrape it off with his nail and then left it. Inside dash was not wiped off, all road dust, a piece of broken glass still on it. The cupholders, etc were not dusted. I have always had excellent service in the past so drove to Sheboygan for the service.Great customer service in taking care of the disappointing service. Had gone to Magic Car Wash for years when living in Sheboygan which was why I was so disappointed. Was offered a free wash at my convenience when I am back in town. Again, thank you for your response.

Not pleased at all.. Only gave it a 2 star because most of them were friendly. Wanted the ultimate hot wax, but was talked into the managers special for an additional 5.. Now normally Id get the blue ribbon in the past, and to be honest they did a better job back then. Unless they removed things done since last season, they didnt touch the dash or the doors..sorry, if I pay over 35 for a wash, Id hope you could wipe the dash and doors. Didnt ask for armorall, but at least wipe off the dust and pet hair

I actually go to the one on Washington ave.Service is always great. They get the job quick.Todays trip was a challenge but attendant made it hassle less. Today somehow my tires went up and over the rollers and jumped off track. I wad stuck in the middle of the wash. Attendant came along said no problem told me to drive forward and come around and have it washed again. Technically got 1 1/2 washes for the price of one. All and all a great place to get your car washed.

Very disappointed with the service I received at this car wash I paid $60 to get car wash, leather conditioning on interior, wash cup holders and floor mats. After getting back in the truck and driving away I notice there is still mud on the back seat, dirt and debris on door panels and floor mats were not installed properly along with cup holders still being dirty.

Always has been a good place to take a car and get it fully clean and keep the underside clean also they got several options for cleaning your car from and the tendons a very Cooperative in helping you get back into your car they hold the door open for you

I was disappointed with the service I receivedYou would expect with an ultimate pkg at $32 the center console, arm rests on the doors and the back seat would be wiped down. I had to take care of that when I returned home. I would have preferred they take more time and complete the job. I was they only one there so being in a rush wont fly.

They left their cleaner in my car, which spilt on my floor mat which then my dog decided to lick and got very sick. They also asked if I wanted rain ex or a different brand that lasted longer so I said sure. They didn’t tell me it would cost $20 extra! They asked if I wanted them to power wash my mats. Did not tell me that was $15 extra. Update: They handled this professionally and quickly. They made sure my pup was healthy ( she was after two days) and made sure we were happy with our services and put in place things so this wouldn’t happen again.

I always go to the one on Washington Ave in Sheboygan. This is the best car wash I have experienced and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone, whether you live in town or are visiting.

Good car wash, a bit pricey but they do a decent job, but I dont like the fact that even small cars with hatchbacks are charged extra.

I have my Wifes vehicle done every year for our Anniversary. This was the first year with a mini van as we just had our 3rd child. When we bought the minivan used we really liked it because the outside was in near perfect condition. The inside was dirty and had a lot of stains. My WIfe picked up her vehicle from Magic today and came home. I asked her how it looked, her words were my God it looks like a brand new vehicle. I went out to the garage to check it out and I have to admit, wow what a job! One hell of a job! Hats off to Magic Car Wash. I am now bringing them my other vehicle :)
