I am very impressed with the level of service provided at this location. The manager, Tim, has personally helped me several time with some gift card issues and he has gone above and beyond expectations to meet my needs. At my last visit the blower at the end of the wash wasnt working. In addition to providing towels to dry the car Devon came over and asked if he could help. I mentioned how good a manager Tim appeared to be and Devon told me he was the best boss hed ever worked for, very considerate of both staff and customers. And it shows - very customer friendly place! Highly recommend going to this Zips location.

Was Great as Magic, when it got bought by zips it went downhill. Took me jumping through hoops to finally cancel my membership and when I did, 2-3 months later I got randomly charged again! It’s very hard to get ahold of any customer service.

I originally went to a Zips in Wisconsin as it was transitioning from a Magic Car wash. At first my experience was not great. I had some concerns so I reached out to the company. When speaking to the regional manager David, I was treated like a real person, assured the concerns were being addressed (which they were! I returned a few weeks later to a much improved situation) and I now have purchased a membership to keep my car clean! The updates done to the locations are wonderful and the new customer focused mentality are what will keep my business. Thanks David!

1st time using service. Great price and it cleaned my car great. When it was time to vacuum, the new system worked great and even has spray and towels to wipe down inside and out. I recommen using Zips for your car cleaning

Signed up for the monthly option. Went back again and had issues redeeming. Attempted to get help on site and nobody was available. Reached out to the customer service number and go no help. Sent an email to the company, got a response that it was forwarded to the loyalty team and got no response. Sent another email and got exactly the same response and then nothing. Had to file a dispute with my cc company. Cannot recommend due to absolutely NO customer service.

Great car wash, free vacuums and very friendly people. I got a great deal with the promotion they have now. My truck had some soap on it when the wash was done but they have free shammies so I could just clean it up.

Took my wife’s car there this morning. Was in a hurry so I didn’t check the car when pulling out. Half the bugs across the grill area are still there. Historically this has been a great place with great quality. Not so today. I have pictures and will go back tomorrow which is a royal pain but right now I feel like I have been taken for ten bucks 🏦!!!!!

The manager here is very unprofessional. Rude. Car wash is always broken. Always having hoses pop.But the other guys who work there. Very kind helpful.

Zips is the only place I get my car washed. The staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure your car comes out sparkling!

It is obvious the new owner is more interested in profits than quality service. As soon as they took over the wash prep work stopped. I just went through and they could not even get the bugs off the windshield, much less the front of my van. Wont be long before this type of neglect and lack of care will result in the brushes scratching our cars.

Accidently vacuumed up my facemaak and the site manager gave me one of theirs! New vacs are awesome.

5 star car wash when it was Magic Car Wash....ever since it turned into Zips Car Wash everything has went down. Vacuums are broke, twice i got the deluxe car wash when i’m a premium member. No prep wash either. Place was closed three times I tried going. Bring back Magic Car Wash

Fairly easy system in place that quickly gets you in with very minimal wait times.However, my car came out covered in soap so....I mean, I have a hard time recommending a car wash that doesn’t adequately rinse your car. The front bumper is thoroughly covered in left over product, along with some of the windows and doors.I purchased the Supreme wash, which I believe is the second to highest tier.

I cancelled my unlimited membership April 22nd, apparently it took way too long for someone to reply to my email and cancel because on May 6th I got an email saying they finally cancelled it and deactivated my pass as well they would refund my #31.60 payment that was automatically withdrawn on May 3rd. Fast forward 23 days and 9 emails back and forth with support (Korrina Gilcrest) ticket #44638 I have still not gotten my refund and they claim my card is invalid even though its been used for well over a year. I feel like I am getting the run around because it should not take over a month to cancel and refund a person!

These guys are so great they game a free car wash because they computers were down, I offered to pay cash, but he said no car wash on them today, what a blessing 👏

My service was excellent! All that I expected and more! This is the Full Service entitie on 10 & Erie, utilizing their external wash option. Unfortunately it seems to not be affiliated with any other, as was the case, upon purchasing a Contract.

I have been to this Location three times in the last week because I pay to get one free car wash every day with a monthly fee. Two of those three times they were closed during times that are listed as their open business hours. Right now on this Google post it says that this business is open today until 8 o’clock. But when I spend the time and gas money to drive over to get my car washed there’s a sign that says they are closed due to weather or maintenance.With my schedule I only get the opportunity to come here two times a week and sometimes only one time. If I can’t rely on them to be open when they say they will be it makes me feel like I’m getting ripped off on my monthly fee. Obviously.

4 times in on month they ran us through as a basic but we are a premium member. Also dryer not blowing off sides of our car....and soap residue left behind

Got the 10.00 wash and it looks great. Line moves fast. So dont pull away if you see a line up. Or grab some Culvers custard for the line.

Busy busy busy...get the monthly subscription for faster in and out plus you can wash your vehicle once a day all month for lots of savings, well worth the money

Used to be a quality wash. Now that its zips my wash is different every time even though I pay for for the top package. Save your money and go elsewhere

This place has been closed more often then not the last couple of months. I pay 42.00 a month for unlimited washes and literally have had my truck washed more at other locations due to begin closed. The number to call and cancel my membership had been useless will just dispute with my bank !!

Wonderful attendant! He was very helpful when the gate was not opening. He hosed my vehicle off very well before I went through the wash when I asked him to hose it down a little because of my driveway.

The attendant barely gave my car a spray even though I paid for the pre spray bug treatment option. Would have been better off spraying myself before getting a wash. For 18 dollars a wash I expect better

Clearcoat nearly gone after the wash. Ripped off factory weather-stripping and took off an emblem. Do NOT recommend.

I got the basic wash and it was remarkably clean, pleasantly surprised. I will go back.

Its cool having your car be pulled through on a belt, expensive but does a excellent job on car. Could make instructions more visible for first time users.

Went through the car wash and was not satisfied at all paid $15 for it to not even look like I took the car through a car wash and to top it off took paint off the car and they wouldnt do anything about it.

Not terrible but not the best. I am from Orlando, Florida and the ones there are so much better.

Went to this location on Thursday 8/20/2020 because I had gotten bird poo on my driver side door and the top of my car from being at the beach on Tuesday. A service member power washed the driver side door (I didnt see if he top of the car) but remnants of the bird poo spot still remains on the top of the car. If a car wash cant get bird poop off after only a full 24hrs of being on is it worth going? I think not.

They have wonderful service. The only thing I dont like is having a car or truck directly behind me, because it doesnt dry my car off enough. It pushes us straight through. As far as the wash it is GREAT. The customer service you get it is top notch. If you have issues with your license plates yo need a metal license plate holder for the front of your vehicle otherwise the wash will bend your license plate.

Paid for the $18 Package and my truck still came out dirty. Truck is washed regularly and nothing crazy. Typical highway driving.I do not recommend nor will I ever return.

The total time that I was at the car wash was minimal. Im NOT totally satisfied because the drying time is inadequate. And the tire shine wasnt applied. I am a unlimited washes member and simply put, Im not happy with this particular location. I usually go to the full service one on 10th and Erie.

Stopped by this morning I just have to say my wife has been a member for awhile and I’ve never had got prepped just sprayed today I talk to a lady who actually took the time to prep. It took 2 secs props to her. We will keep returning if service is always great like that.

Sheboygan location need machine maintenance. Doesnt clean vehicle well. Other locations take better care of the equipment.

Not my favorite. It costs a lot and there was soap all over my car. The vacuums didnt work really well. I would recommend the car wash across the street at the GM dealer.

If youre new to this car wash as I was, it just takes a moment to figure out their animated system. Looks like they have a monthly plan, free vacs, and a great car wash. Go for it.

Was charged $90+ dollars for fees I at no point was made aware I would encounter. I do a lot of traveling almost 800 miles a day, and I found washing my car 2× a day was totally fine as I was never told you are limited to once a day. Not once in anything I signed initially, no signs anywhere, and not after I incurred several misuse fees. They find it unimportant to have a system where maybe a worker would tell a customer. Oh and tons of clear coat scratches when you look at it in the right light, all of which flow in the same direction as the brushes they use.

Expensive... but does the best job

I go to this car wash frequently. I am very pleased with how it cleans my car. I noticed that on the back of my Festival Food receipt there was a coupon for $5 off. So when I went tonight to get my car washed and chose the $17. I scanned my coupon several times and it did not come off. I scanned it before and and after I swiped my debit card . It did not take off the $5. I then talked the attendant and gave him the coupon. He said he would look and see if he could take it off. He went in the side door. He came back out and told me the coupon was not in the system and asked me if I had used it before. I felt like I was being accused of stealing. I said not I had not. He said well it says it is used. I said, Then there is nothing to you can do? He said not. So I had to pay $17!!!!!!! I will not go there again. I should not have to pay that amount when I had a coupon and the attendant should have been able to assist me.

The car wash didn’t clean my car as well as what it should have. Also the person took my back windshield wiper cap off which I never got back and the part costs $6 plus shipping so I pretty much spent $20 for a car wash that wasn’t worth it.

Depending on what you want to do, it could get a little pricey. Have to pay attention if you also want to use the vacuums - easy to go the wrong way and have to back up - as long as nobody is behind you. ☺️

Unimpressed. I have the 3 months subscription and since Ive started going here my car now has scratches all over. Not to mention that service is extremely inconsistent. Very few times do they ever actually go around with the pressure washer. I also paid for towel dry service with my subscription, but the associate who sold the subscription to me at the full service location failed to tell me that its not offered at this location! Even when I told him Id be going to this location(Washington) 99.99% of the time!! Waste of money, poor and inconsistent service, poor communication.Edit: 4/17/18I have yet to receive a call from the owner. They sure know how to respond on here to appear attentive, but dont actually follow through.

Great place to wash your vehicle.

It was my first time through this type of carwash where my car automatically moves on the conveyor belt. I got yelled at by the guy spraying my car down when you first go in because i hit the breaks. I was scared when my car started to move and I didnt realize that it was supposed to do that. Not the friendliest service Ive had. Other than that my car looks nice and clean. And i always liked the cool lights they have on the outside but i wish there was more of a light show on the inside too.

Even if there are lots of cars in line the wait is never long here. Fast and thorough. The higher price is worth it.

A year ago this car wash was great but now each time I go I am more disappointed! Last week the underbody water wasnt working and it still didnt do well today I left with all kinds of salty ice still hanging on the bottom edge of my car. This was also due to the fact that today they had no one starting the car wash with the pressure wand going around your car to knock this stuff off and the salt off the rest of the car, just a kid, a young girl, motioning you into the track and then pushing the touch screen to start the chain moving you in. $17 dollars is one of the more costly carwashes around and we no longer get any bang for the buck here! I hope they dont ruin the Saukville car wash also! Quick Trip $10 wash does a better job.

We really enjoy going here as the kids love the Lava Wash and the employees are always nice and help make sure your vehicle exterior looks great
