The lady did my cut perfect! Asian lady there named Emmy and she was great! She washed my hair and gave me a long head massage during it. It was so relaxing!

Went with specific written instructions explained how to cut for donation ended up cutting how SHE wanted. She left my daughters hair uneven, neck unshaven with several hairs 4 inches longer than the rest. Worse $17 I ever spent.

I never give 5 stars... I rarely give reviews. I go to Ashley. She is young and new. Fresh out of school. Does great work and she LISTENS to her clients. She does customer service! She is Good now and is on the way to being an Amazingly Great Cosmetologist.

This was my second time going here. The first time was awful. It looked like I let a child color my hair. It was patchy and choppy and just plain awful. Then I come back a second time thinking maybe it was just the stylist I’ll just ask for someone different. But nope that lady didn’t do what I wanted either she did what she wanted and I am not happy with it. I should of trusted my better judgement and just went somewhere else. That place seriously needs either new hair dressers or something. I definitely will not be going back to waste my money there just to not like the outcome again or the stylists to not do what I want done to MY hair and I will not suggest others to go there.

Had hair styled today. Hot ironed my hair without any product.....was not interested in putting extra products to make my hair soft and when boyfriend came in She was getting me done fast and I had to show her that she was not finished. Next time will use Tina, she knows my kind of hair and also Ambry is good. Also charged me more.

Do note go to hope, she did the worse job ever. I showed her a picture of what I wanted she made her own comments and said it wouldnt look good on me and i said i want my hair cut the way i showed you and it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. She took too much off the top and not enough at the bottom i told her to fix it and she wanted to argue with me and then tried to lie and tell her manager a different story. It was a stressful visit. She sucks.

This salon is so conveniently located! Hope, Tina, Emmy, and Brooklyn come highly recommended! Theyve all been at this location for a couple years and are fantastic and extremely competent at their trade! Never a disappointment!

Poor service, estimated wait time on website said zero minutes, went in and they said it would be a while, Im thinking ok can you check me in she said no just write name and number on post it note well call you, I ask about how long is the wait? She said let me look, about an hour!I said forget it. However, I was in last week and was told 20 minutes and waited 45 min. I suggest you go across the street to Great Clips

They need someone to work just the counter if theyre going to sell products. This B thought she was more important than anyone else interrupted the girl in the middle of my sons haircut to ask 50 questions about products on the shelf.

Scheduled an online appointment. I showed up on time for the lady to tell me she already has an appointment for that time and that Id have to wait. I was confused because there was nobody else in there waiting and she was finishing up with her last person. So I asked her is the person here yet? And she said no. The person showed up late and still got to go first. So I just got up and left.

Walked in the door and Tina welcomed me. Staff was friendly and professional. Thank you Emmy. Had 3 people complement me on my hair in the last 24 Hours.

This place is absolutely terrible, I wanted a simple ombre, I have blonde hair, they said they couldnt do it. If you know anything about hair and actually have a degree then you should be able to do something as simple as that. I mainly do my hair at home, and in my opinion I think Im pretty good at it. I have personally had ombre hair before for a very very long time, I loved it, I did it myself. You just have to have the right stuff. Go to a different place if you want ombre... This lady was rude and wouldnt even let me talk. She said to just go somewhere else and practically walked me out the door. Very unprofessional! .....Thanks Mariah ..for just waisting my time.

Just went today and got the worse haircut of my life ! The older lady cut my hair she was sweet and nice as could be but she butchered my hair . The side looks like a wave . When all I asked for was to be cleaned up and trimmed
