Most storage rentals are full. I happened upon StorageMart and was able to take one of the last two available. Very clean unit, all is paved, good security, fair price for current market. What made the experience outstanding is great people. Nick did an amazing job showing me unit, getting me singed up - made it VERY easy. Nick has outstanding customer service skills. Nick, the property manager is awesome. We had fallen behind on payments, and he worked out a payment plan with us and gave us extra time to get our property out of the unit. Highly recommended if youre looking for affordable storage. Great customer service!

I needed a storage unit last minute and they were so helpful! The check in process was simple and easy and Nick was amazing to work with!

I just signed up at this location for a 10x20, and Nick was awesome in helping me try to fit my trailer and 4x4 vehicle into the unit. It ended up not fitting but he was able to get me set up with a parking spot unit that is a better fit anyways! Thanks, Nick! We will be here for years to come.

While I was at the Storage Mart on 43rd St in Shawnee, KS it was nice to see how the person on site (I believe his name was Matt?) took care of different customers in a courteous manner. He made sure that not just my needs but everyone elses needs were important to him.

Storage Mart had exactly what I needed and I got a great special to start out service. The lady at Nintendo office was extremely helpful and kind.

Recently I was a really in a jam with an auction swinging heavily in my favor. It looked like I was going to have a 5-hour pickup window, for about three pick-up trucks worth of furniture, my home about an hour from the site, and all this during a snow and ice storm – all but impossible. I reached out to Shawnee Storage Mart as they were about a block away from the auction site about any options they might have available and not only did we brainstorm possibilities together and came up with a couple of great options, but they continued to follow up with me about the weather situation and how the auction was panning out. I ended up not needing their services, but I’ll certainly recommend them to anyone based on how they treated their potential customer and I’ll absolutely use them in the future if the need arises.

This was a wonderful experience. We even forgot to cancel our unit after we had moved out and they had already taken care of it when they noticed it was vacant. The manager was always very kind and even offered to meet us on off hours if we needed.truly a good business.

This is a great location. The units were very clean and the grounds are well lit at night. The manager Ryan is very attentive and goes the extra mile to provide quality service. I would highly recommend this location if you live or work nearby.

My complaint is about the central call center, not the Shawnee location. I specifically asked if there was room to get an 18 wheeler, full size semi directly to the unit. I was told yes. Then the agent went into a long speech about how she has family in the trucking industry, so she knows what we have to deal with out here. Yet when I arrived at the facility, there was NOT enough space to get to the unit I had reserved. However, the young man working in the office at the Shawnee location was very apologetic and friendly, but he did not have the authority to alter rates to compensate for the call center error. That being said, I have been in contact with a manager. The problem has been fully resolved. I definitely recommend StorageMart. But I suggest confirming in person and on location before taking information from the call center at face value. The location staff and area manager for this location are spectacular!

Javier has been very helpful and proactive in working with us to meet our current storage needs. It was refreshing to have experienced good customer service in a time where that can be scarce.

Love the customer service from this place!! We were not only given a great deal, but we were also helped out in a time of need. I will never use another storage facility, and we use them often due to many military moves. Thank you Storagemart for putting customers first, and not just caring about a profit. Had been doing business here for years. They would run my card every month and send me my statement without my involvement. This summer they forgot one month. I didnt find out til they sent me a late notice and a bunch of fees and jacked up my rate. While they admitted they forgot they would not credit me back the fees. Dirty dirty business practice. There customer service has really gone down since Ryan left. I moved to Store Here on Meadow View dr. They treat people with respect.
