In mid-July we werent having much luck finding a storage shed. Then my friend recommended iStorage, said he was pleased with everything there. I walked in and discussed my situation with the property manager, Catherine, and she was able to get me set up within minutes. She was very informative and helpful in figuring out just what I needed, and gave me plenty of suggestions on how to keep everything safe and secure. A great experience, I highly recommend this location.

I was a customer at this location for about 8 years. I like the open, but covered parking option they have to offer. I left because I got tired of the proposed rental rate increase that I would receive every 6 months that annually added up to a 30-35% rate hike. Meanwhile, I navigated around the same potholes that grew bigger and bigger every year, and still are not repaired.

Second time renting a unit at this location. I came back because the service here is amazing, and the owners are very easy to work with and very considerate. When I moved out of my larger unit, I forgot to give notice. However, the owner saw my lock was gone, called me, and didn’t charge me for the lack of notice. Now that I need a smaller unit, I knew exactly where I would rent from.

Great customer service. We left an item in our storage spot and realized it after we drove away. Called and they retrieved the item, stored it for us until we could come pick it up. Thanks Catherine for all your help.

Cathy was extremely helpful and very professional. I bought boxes and she helped me load them up real quick. I had a very positive experience.

IStorage at Vista Dr. is a great storage facility and location. Living in Olathe this spot is very easy to access off of Hwy 7, I can be there in minutes. It’s well lit and maintained. They have an awesome selection of outdoor RV storage both covered and uncovered. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great storage facility and management. The manager was very polite and attentive to what I was looking for. Took me out on the yard to show me my unit. The property is very clean and well managed. Great highway access. My other storage location you had to get out of the car to open gate. My girlfriend found this location. 5 stars is truly 5 stars you can’t go wrong renting at this location. They even offers rental trucks. So a good experience and look forward to using this location.

We were out looking for a storage unit and run across Istorage. The manager we met with was very polite and very efficient, the storage units looked in very nice condition and freshly painted, he had us in and out and under 15 minutes and the storage unit we got, the 10x10 climate control was $40 cheaper than anywhere else we had looked, I would highly recommend this place to anybody

Wanda is Great To work with. We need a last-minute storage and she provided exactly what we needed. Paperwork was easy and quick process. Istorage is great On Vista Drive in Shawnee Kansas for vehicles RV both workshops and other storage. I highly recommend them.

AWFUL!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. No one has any responsibility or follows through on their word. We have called 7 times about our refund and every time someone says it has been taken care of but the next time I call, no one has heard of it. Its been 6 months and Im 100% sure we will never see our money that was owed to us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
