Left my car that was stuck in 2nd gear limp mode due to electrical issues in my 97 dodge intrepid....older car but now shifts like brand new!!..These people know there stuff and they didnt try selling me stuff I dont need...I would recommend them to anyone!!! ...THANKS GUYS!!

The guys at Williams Transmission & AC took great care of my girlfriends car and were sure to communicate with me through the entire process. It ended up being a simple fix and thats all there was to it. They didnt try to upsell me, or fix anything that didnt need fixing. This place is ran by honest, hard working, good mechanics who charge fair prices for quality work. A week after picking up her car they sent me a text to make sure everything was still running right. I will be taking all of my automotive problems to these guys and would recommend anyone else to do the same. Top notch service.

While I am satisfied with the service provided, but disappointed that they broke my oil dipstick. They acted like it was no big deal and I could easily go down to AutoZone and get a replacement. I was surprised that they didnt offer to replace it themselves since they did break it. But I let it go and thought it was a flaw in their character. Well I am still trying to find a dipstick that initially would have been easier for them to locate. So thanks for that!

I took my car to them because my ac wasnt getting cold. They told me my car needed to a hose assembly and it would be 479$ so I told them ok so the next day they call and tell me I need an compressor and my total would be 1800. So I had to pay 449 and my ac still doesnt work. If I knew I needed a compressor to begin with and my total would be 1800 I wouldnt have had any work done at all. With the times we are in right now I really could not afford to pay for something that is still broke.

The check engine light came on in my truck. I took it in to these guys. They told me that it appeared that the issue was being caused by the aftermarket LPG system that was on the truck when I purchased it. They admitted that they were not familiar with LPG systems and that I should take it to a LPG mechanic. Randy said that he would look for a reputable one and would tell me what he found out when I came to get the truck. I fould a LPG mechanic in Seminole. When I took my truck there, an older gentleman told me, Williams are good people. I completely agree with him. Even though I live in Ada, if I ever have any issues with another vehicle, if I can get it to Shawnee, Im taking it here.

I was having an A/C issue and called them at 8am to see about getting an appointment. They told me to come on in and they would check it out. I got checked in and went to the waiting room. They got my car in shortly and started looking at it. They were able to pinpoint a couple of issues pretty fast. They kept me informed of the progress the whole time. They got my A/C ice cold! I was very impressed with my whole experience! I have found a new shop to take my vehicles for repairs! Thank you Williams for your outstanding customer service! You made me feel that you cared.

Took my 97 Ford Ranger in for AC service and it now its working perfectly. Then I took it in for shocks and it rides like new. Best service we have had.Also great job on my 89 Vette. Runs just like new again.

Went here right before forth of July last year to see why my RV wasn’t changing over to max air. The owner and one of his mechanics worked on it for a couple of hours, charged me $135.00 and said they couldn’t find the problem.The next day was the forth they were closed and I wanted to leave on my trip so I poked around the system and found a hole in the vacuum hose that that goes to the dash pot that operates the damper that creates the max air. This was right by where they were working. Went to the auto parts store and bought a piece of hose for 89 cents, fixed the problem and was on my to Wyoming.

Its pretty bad that you take your vehicle in to have something checked out & after a few days you still dont know anything & you get your car back & see that things have been messed up & you see that the miles are way over what they were when you dropped it off and then something that you have never ever had any problems with now now is bone dry like someone drained all the fluid out of it in hopes to gain more work.. I will never go here again Save ur money & go elsewhere theyre very rude and unprofessional

These guys can fix anything. I own Multi County Insurance Center and have a 1952 Ford firetruck for advertising. Williams Transmission restored the brakes, some electrical and the carburator plus several other problems. Great people!

Excellent work. Fair price. Changed transmission filter and fluids then checked weird brake light issue. Fixed this in 5-10 minutes, which another shop was stumped by. Ive lived with that for 4 months cause I thought it was a big deal. Love them.

We went to Williams when my brothers car started acting up. He is disabled and on a fixed income and they even worked out a payment plan that fit his income! I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants to use a reputable service tech that is fair and honest.

Went in to have some head gaskets repaired and they had my car almost a week and charged me well over $1200. I ended up financing the charge where they get you to open a napa credit card. Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. I paid off the debt in about 6mos, wont be returning. I think they over diagnose so that they can over charge.
