After having my battery test good at Autozone I took my Explorer to Keens. Come to find out the my battery was going bad after all. Having had some mechanic experience in the past, my knowledge led me to initially believe the battery was the problem and Im glad I decided to get a second check. There was no charge and the man working there was very professional and courteous.

Always helpful. Never tries to sell me parts I dont need. And not once have they been drunk like their competitors are.

Have never had a bad experience at KEEN STARETER ALTERNATOR repair service. The people there are always very professional, and stand behind their work. If something is not right they will take care of the problem at no expense to you. It is hard to find any shop that will stand behind their work these days, but Keen starter alternator does. I take all my automotive electrical problems to this shop.

I have known and done business with these people many years and they have not done wrong by me or my family.
