Its been about 5 years now since we made the switch from Flo and Progressive over to American Family and its been one of the best decisions weve made. Craig out of the Shakopee office has always pointed us in the right direction. It feels good to know that I dont need to be an expert in insurance and the policies he works with us to select are exactly what weve needed. Insurance can be tricky with the fine print around things like actual cash value, full replacement and the list goes on. Having said that, we can trust Craig and his team to make sure were always protected! Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

With American Family, we are getting the best price on insurance that we’ve ever gotten. Their website is so easy to use to make changes, view/print my insurance cards, anything I need to do. And the people at the actual office are incredibly responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants an agent who cares, backed by a company with excellent technology and resources. In addition, I happen to know that Nick is kind and generous to his team and to others. His character and integrity are stellar. Lastly, Laurie and Sara in the office are awesome!

Outstanding customer service. We had to quickly make a change to our vehicle insurance and just left a message since it was definitely after normal work hours. Nick not only made sure we were covered - that night still - but he called and made sure we knew we were covered. That to us is a WOW! Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable as well as helpful.
