On Nov 6th, 2020, I got the auto insurance from this agent, base on google reviews, but reality they are unprofessional. On the 9th they called for the update of my driver license, I sent the email and called them the same day to provide my ID number over the phone. they said everything is updated for the underwriter.On December 1st, the agent called again to ask for same thing, ID. This showed me of their poor quality and unprofessional service. How many people here have time to keep doing such thing over and over again? How this agent ensure that all the needed documents is sent to the underwriter and stop asking me to provide them same thing again and again.I decided to came in to their office and proofed them the email and phone call which indicated I did send them all the things they requested, the staff was rude and ignored to look at the evidence. She agreed that she did received my email but she deleted it because that was the confidential document. To keep customer information confidential is good, but to send the information to underwriter for processing need to be done. I will not recommend this to anyone.

My son is going to be driving soon and I wanted to find out what needed to be done for insurance. Robin was so helpful and courteous. She then asked if I had any other questions. I asked about reliable used vehicles with safety ratings. Had to make some changes to my policy today and Steve was incredibly helpful and quickly made the needed changes and provided great information on ways I could save money as well as things that would benefit me in the future. Also, when I first got my policy with Brad Billings State Farm, another agent, I want to say Jennifer if memory serves correct, went out of her way (it was after hours and she was already at home, but still helped me!) with what I needed for my policy before the deadline; she delivered above and beyond and Ive never forgotten that experience. Weve had claims for storm damage and car incidents through the years and every claim has been handled professionally and timely without hassle. Multiple times they have told me one thing and charged me for another. When I attempted to cancel my life insurance policy they tried everything to convince me to keep it even though I wanted it removed. Lastly, I was told I had accident forgiveness and I did not so my bill went up again and all I received was an apology. Staff is reluctant to assist and all they care about is making money. I will be looking for a new insurance company.

I moved to Montana a few years ago from Minnesota and ended up totaling my vehicle in MT, yet I still had MN insurance through Brad Billings State Farm office. Even though I was a few states away and it took a little more effort on the offices side to get everything figured out and taken care of, I got a rental car nearby no problem, vehicle was towed no problem, and the claims (both vehicle and medical) were processed quickly and efficiently. I have been with State Farm since I was 16, when I moved to Minnesota from Illinois I have been with Brads office. When I bought my 2016 Ford Fusion, the dealer also was a Allstate broker. They clamied their rates were unbeatable and that State Farm would over charge me. The problem was I was paying $350 every 6 months for my current car. And for the soon to be new car was going to be $450 every 6 through state farm. Allstate wanted $800. When I showed them what I was paying they still did not believe me. Needless to say they stopped bugging me to switch.

So where do I start with State Farm, Brad Billings Office : First off, I experienced true professionalism and true compassion toward me every time I walked into their office. I was involved in a car accident earlier this year, in which my car was totaled and I sustained an injury which required surgery. Everyone that I met in the office was so awesome to me during this long, tough ordeal.
