I’ve been working with Rob (Tim’s son) and it has been a great experience. Late at night on a Friday, a little over a week ago, I had to file a claim because I smoked a deer on 169. After calling the police, I immediately called Rob and he walked me through exactly what to do. The very next morning he filed a claim and the process has been incredibly seamless. As much as it sucked hitting a deer, Rob and the agency have made it very pain-free and have been incredibly helpful. Their customer service is remarkable, and my wife and I saved money switching over to Farmers.

I worked with Tims son, Rob.I told him I will switch if you can save me money and have better customer service than a rabid hedgehog. He chuckled and said I can definitely help you with the second part, but let me see what I can do about the first part. He delivered on both ends.I also didnt want a lot of hassle switching over and told Rob Will you do everything for me? Rob took charge and did everything but sign my name.Incredibly great customer service and would recommend him to anyone.The Signal driving discount app is pretty sweet too. Finally a good reason to stop speeding and texting while I drive!

First off the agents did an amazing job helping me today. I had a whole pile of issues before I went to farmers insurance today but the agent I saw today resolved all my problems with my insurance instead of doing it over the phone. Super nice and very knowledgeable staff answered all my questions fixed all of my issues. This was the best experience I have ever had with any insurance company. Definitely recomend

I recently had to file a claim as I swiped another persons truck with my pontoon trailer. Tim, my agent at Farmers jumped right on it and filed a claim, an adjuster called the other person and took care of the damage.Because Farmers has accident forgiveness, it will not cost me anything and my rates will not increase!Several years ago, i broke my back windshield. The glass was replace that afternoon (at my home) and because Farmers covers free glass replacement, again no cost to me and no rate increase! Sweet!
