Rons Mechanical always goes above and beyond! The day before my sons grad party, our AC was running very minimally. It couldnt keep up with the crazy June heat wave. Even though they were swamped with service calls, they sent someone over and quickly added two lbs of coolant to our unit! Just what the doctor ordered! It saved our party prep and our party! Thanks to the office staff as well for being so friendly!

Ive been using Rons Mechanical for about 3 years now for yearly AC / Heating Tune Ups. They are always friendly, on-time, and very competitive with pricing. Everyone who has showed up so far has been very informative and explains everything that either has to be done, needs to be fixed, or has been cleaned etc. When I eventually need a replacement unit, I wont hesitate to hire them.

We were quite concerned when after our gas furnace was installed that the pilot lights to our appliances were not relit by the team. This is a complete lack of of concern for completing the job.

Tommy was an amazing technician that we had ! He was very professional, answered all of our questions we had with great knowledge! Our A/C has been blowing warm air these past weeks especially during this hot humid weather and we needed it fixed asap ! Tommy came and got our A/C fixed in a timely manner. Tuesday late afternoon my AC went out! I was referred to Rons and messaged through Facebook- I received a response shortly thereafter! The next morning Greg arrived right on time - did some diagnostic testing and told me my compressor went out! He replaced it and when he handed me the bill I wanted to give him a huge hug! Since COVID-19 our financial situation has changed, and not for the better. I called on the weekend and w/I 45 min, Greg was there. Very professional, keep th e work place clean, honest, helpful and taught 1-2 things how to keep my furnace works better. Price is very reasonable. Love them!!! We will definitely use th em yo replace the whole system in the spring.

Sent aplan to bid weeks ago. never heard back. called 3 times and was promised call back. never happened. called again asked for the person who should work on my plan. has not even looked at it after weeks.talked to owner and got the impression that they are not really interested in new business.not necessarely the best experience

I had someone come to my house because there was a weird smell. I had told them I thought it was the evaporation coils, but when they check it out they said it was fine. They left without doing anything and I had a $110 bill. I would have been fine with this since there was nothing wrong with my AC, but it turns out that my condensation pan and the drain for it was the cause of the smell which they didnt look at. I ended up cleaning this myself when I had an HVAC company come out which I paid for to look at my AC not doing anything. Definitely will NOt use Rons Mechanical in the future.

My AC froze up the day before going on vacation in June 2015. Rons Mechanical came out the same day to resolve the issue. Completely stress free.The company also quickly replaced our furnace 1.5 years ago during below zero January weather when the old unit failed. They provided space heaters for us until the furnace install was complete. No issues at all with the installation and it has been working flawlessly since.Working with this company is a joy. They bend over backward to help and resolve issues. Eventually a new central AC unit will be purchased and installed. I expect to purchase and have installation by Rons Mechanical.

Rons Mechanical has always provided superb service for my home. Theyve been quick to respond, fast to repair, and reasonably priced.I called this AM at 6:45AM (they open at 7AM) and will have someone where to repair my hot water heater before lunch. Impressed with their service.

I didnt receive what I paid for

We recently had a problem with our thermostat that essentially shut down our furnace. We placed a call to their office late that evening and received a call back the very next morning. Within a couple of hours the service technician arrived.This was a rather complex repair because it involved several heating/cooling components including a heat pump. The service technician diagnosed the problem and performed the needed repairs. What impressed us the most was his technical knowledge as he had to rewire and redo the work of a different company that did the initial installation.Our experience with them was very good!

The tech arrived less than 30 minutes after I called which was the very early part of the repair window given. I described the sounds I heard and he was able to get an idea of what was wrong. He pulled apart the burners and washed them and he wiped up any visible dust. He replaced the bad sensor, tested the system and tested for carbon monoxide. He put everything back together and was packed up all in under one hour. The cost was reasonable and the service was great. I will be using Rons Mechanical again.

We had them come out to clean up our air conditioner because we werent getting airflow in our home. He found that our fan motor in the furnace died and also stated that our heat exchanger was cracked. He told us our furnace was dead and we needed a new one.Well he lied! We had another company come out and the confirmed the motor needed replacing but stated the heat exchanger was definitely not cracked and the furnace is fine! Old yes but working just fine!Shady shady company. You should be able to trust technicians! But I guess you cant trust Rons Mechanical technicians! Shame shame!

Having an outdated gas fireplace makes it difficult to find a business willing to come out and take a look at it. Rons Mechanical was the most reasonably priced for just coming out to my house to see what the problem was. Martin, the service technician who came out, arrived within the time I was told he would. He was friendly and professional. He went right to work and figured out the problem right away. In even less time, he fixed the problem. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and respectfully. Until I need a new one I will only go to Rons Mechanical for all of my fireplace needs. My four furchildren and I thank you for bringing the warm back into our home.

I have a very busy schedule and Rons Mechanical was the company assigned to my Homesmart (Xcel Energy) service ticket. I took the day off work in order to have the service on our 14 month old furnace. When scheduling the appointment, they gave a 5 hour window. I asked that it be narrowed down by one hour, 1pm-5pm instead of 12pm-5pm. No call from the technician or the company and they didnt show. The request has now been sent back to Rons by Homesmart to make another appointment, which means another day of lost work and productivity. We worked with them in the past and have had good service (again, they did the installation of some of the new appliances) but this leaves a pretty sour taste for the company.**Update** I just got a call from their technician that they will be here in 10 minutes or so. Almost an hour and a half after their window with no previous call.

Our air conditioner took 3 weeks to fix. Management never really took responsibility for what why it took so long. The kept passing the blame on to someone else. They just kept saying that there was nothing they could do about it. 3 weeks without air conditioning with an average temp of 90 degrees. We had to sleep and friends houses some nights. We have a 2 year old and a 4 month old. Maam there is nothing we can do is the phrase my wife kept hearing from management. We have the xcel energy plan, that is how we had Rons out to our house. We might cancel the xcel program now, but xcel did promise that if we had a problem we would never have to deal with Rons mechanical again. I understand how sometimes problems are harder to solve than others. However you should not call the company trying to figure out what is going on and end the conversation more mad than when you first called them.We would never use Rons Mechanical again. The customer service was terrible.

Our air conditioner had not worked for a year, but the service technician from Rons came out and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Definitely have found my new AC repair company!

Was working on finishing my basement and needed mechanical work done. Called on Thursday, Quote was done on Friday morning and work was completed on Monday AM. Awesome customer service!
