My wedding was 5 years ago and I still cry about the experience I had. They left and forgot to pick my guests up at the hotel for my ceremony, including my nephews who were walking my mother down the aisle. I didn’t get to go to my cocktail hour either because I was on the phone with them the entire time to find out what happened. Then I also paid for additional hours after the wedding and they weren’t there when I was ready to leave the venue. They took people to the hotel and stayed there and didn’t come back for me until an hour and a half later. I complained and cried to the owner multiple times that they ruined my wedding and he didn’t care, he gave me a gift certificate to use for a winery trip that year, which I tore up and threw out. It was devastating!

We booked Serenity Limousine for our wedding (4/27/18). They did an amazing job. They were extremely accommodating in terms of pricing options and worked with us to make our itinerary as efficient as possible. We actually had to change our itinerary a couple of times and they were always very flexible. The drivers were on time, patient and kind. The limo and getaway car were clean and had plenty of room for our wedding party.We would definitely recommend using them for your wedding transportation!

I used this limousine company many times, all the drivers are great. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great! The cars a beautiful inside and out! Best car service on Long Island!

We got married 6/17 and purchased the vendor package through Mediterranean Manor. We got picked up in a 8 passenger limo on the return home they tried to pick us up in a Nissian sedan. Well Im trying to understand why we choose this package to go home in the same car w already have and had someone drive to our hotel. When I called serenity I was told by Steve that the ride home was complimentary and whoever booked us should have stated we would be getting picked up in a sedan. So if your looking for a limousine to pick you back up that will probably cost you extra is what I want as told.

Mary helped me out today when I called her. I told her my situation with my wedding that I needed to be picked up as well after the party was done and she went out of her way to help me out. Great customer service Mary.

These guys are just perfect they have very well maintained vehicles and they get you there on time and no stress a great experience, if your getting married or even going to an event, these guys are the right choice hands down!

I just like the fact even though they are really a luxury black car service they recently added economy option and toyota camry for the younger people on the more affordable side which gives more people a choice to use them.
