Excellent dealer!!! Bought a new GMC Sierra and came from the DFW area. Billy had everything ready to go when I arrived and was in and out within 10 minutes. This is the easiest process I have ever been through to purchase a vehicle. Even though Im 4 hours away I will use this dealer on my next purchase! Thanks again Billy!

I bought a used Enclave a couple of months somewhere and now had problems with the trans shift points. Service manager Tim took the time to test drive with me, discussed the matter with a tech and drove it. Long and behold Tim said they will try to put a new engine and transmission program via computer on. That did the trick for $ 128 dollars. This was a honest to God business that you dont find very often. I felt like in the good ol 60ies when the master mechanic tried everything to save you money! Easily they could have sold me a new transmission for thousands and make much more profit, but they stood true to their old values!I will certainly return to Soechting Motors in Seguin with trust and confidence!

Extremely Helpful Service Department. I grew up in a small town so love the small town style of this dealership. You dont get your car washed or a fancy waiting room. You do get great service. My bug shield came unattached so I went in and they fixed it right away without charging me.

I have been going there for awhile now. Mostly oil changes whatever else needs to be done. The staff is very friendly and helpful either on the phone or in person. If there is a problem that should come up for me, then they will try their best to solve it to their ability.

Place is a bit of a pain when coming n2 parking lot, but they make up 4 it w great ppl (employees) and pretty fast service. Schedule 2 drop off is better solution than waiting 4 service 2 b complete while u wait. I needed state inspection and they were able 2 fit me n, but cant always b that easy. They will be straight 2 point regarding ur repair also.

We just purchased a 2014 Seirra 1500 Denali from this hometown dealership. WOW!!! What a delightful experience. Nothing like Ive had in the past where sales pressure is applied and Ive had to settle for something I really didnt want. The salesmen were very personable, knowledgeable and upfront with the entire process and made sure I was not only happy, but getting the best deal possible. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase of a GM product.Ive been coming to the dealership for repair work on my GM vehicles for about 10 years. The service managers and techs are awesome. They make sure Im happy with the repair work and answer any questions I may have - no matter how silly or trivial sounding. I am very disappointed with the management in the Service Dept. My 75 year old mother brought her car to Soechting because she has always trusted them. She took the car in because it wasnt starting. They replaced a water pump and charged her $900. It still wasnt starting so they replaced a sensor and charged her $400. I went with her to pick it up and the car wouldnt start at the dealership. Darrell apologized, kept the car, and gave her a rental telling her it would be at no charge. Management calls her during the week and tells her that the car is now starting but the engine light is coming on. Her car was at Soechting since March 12th and she just got it back today. 3 weeks! Manager tried to charge her $300 for the engine light and also for the rental. When my mother told him that wasnt right, he said fine and told her not to ever come back. Really? The worst part? Car still isnt fixed.

While i wanted to buy a new truck from a local dealership, I was forced to go to San Marcos. It was Saturday and while Wayne was very helpful, he located a truck for me and ran my credit. I was approved. Wayne then said that someone was looking at the truck and i had to wait till Monday to find out if that person was going to buy the truck or not. Monday came which was MLK day. Since i had to go out of town on friday and wanted a new truck for the trip i called him a little before lunch. He then told me i had to wait till Tuesday now to see if that person was going to buy it. Well i didnt think that was normal and found a truck in San Marcos that was just like my old truck only 4 years newer.I went to see it shorty afterwards and went back home. Did the paperwork on line and was approved. I called Wayne but he didnt answer so i left him a message letting him know that i was signing on a new truck somewhere else so that way just in case he didnt get stuck with a truck. I was trying to be nice and professional with him. By 2 oclock everything was done on line and approved. By 6 i was driving my new truck home.Here it is a month later and Wayne still has never called or made any attempt to say anything about slamming my credit and not being able to fulfill me with a new truck.Lesson here is never let anyone run your credit without having a vehicle on hand. I really thought that if you have someone wanting to buy and someone wanting to look that the one whos credit you ran a approved would get the vehicle.Just goes to show how Wayne is and how unprofessional his actions are. I thought he was a decent salesman but his final actions said what kinda salesmen he truly is.Sorry Wayne but you should be more professional when you fail to deliver. You really dont deserve 1 star because of your unprofessional actions. When i make a mistake Im at least able to admit it and move forward.I would post a picture of my new 2019 3500 Chevy Highcountry dully but i wont let Google have access to my pictures.
