Took a clients RV to BZs Tire Shop to get the tires changed out. Very courteous and efficient to work with. Our client is a longtime customer and spoke very highly of them. The tech was waiting for us to arrive, got us backed in and changed 4 tires quickly. Will recommend them to friends in the Seguin area.

We have had front end work done and alignments as well as just drop by a fix a flat without notice. These guys have always been very accommodating, professional, polite and honest. Bought a set of Uniroyal Radials for our 2008 Ford Edge from BZs about a year ago. This morning had a low tire indication, so went right over to get it checked out. Frank came out to greet me and took took our car in immediately to check the tires. Check all the tires and found the low one. Pulled it and showed me the nail. It was fixable so he patched it, remounted and balanced. Very courteous and professional. No charge for the repair. I will be back. Thank you.

Came from out of town and they refused to do a simple alignment. Instead they outlined after market parts I had on vehicle. The truck does have some flaws but they didnt even touched it they basically outlined almost every aftermarket part I had and blamed the problem on it. Im assuming it has something to do with insurance policies/liability issues but not unless your vehicle is stock then there shouldnt be a problem. They even diagnosed new ball joints upper and lower claiming theyve gone bad and they are literally about 5 months old (duralast gold edition from autozone). They just didnt want to struggle and avoid any liability issues which had little to do with the alignment. They also claimed my tires could come out if I didnt get the right lug nuts but they literally let me drive off with a possible accident waiting to happen which they are clearly legally responsible for since I wasnt aware of how dangerous the parts that were previously installed were. They literally let me take such a dangerous vehicle of their property without anything being done to it well I just hope I make it back home to a 3 1/2 hour drive.

I recently bought the car I’ve wanted for years, Audi A6 supercharged. I had my rims picked out, I tried to order them from Cali but the company would never call me back so I could pay them. BZS tire got my rims In a week with the Michelin best tires. I’m glad I spent my money locally with a great group of people.

I arrived at 12:50PM to get my rear brakes pads replaced and was directed to the waiting area while the 4 or 5 people ahead of me got their vehicles worked on. I was not talked to again until 2:20PM when they finally took my keys. 4 people who came in after me had their vehicles finished before my vehicle was addressed. I didnt end up leaving until 4:10PM. Im not sure what caused this long wait because most other customers were in and out within an hour. After waiting for almost 3 and a half hours, I dont plan on coming back.Edit: I was never informed that there were scheduled appointments ahead of me. I was talked to on 4 different occasions: twice to ask what work I needed done, once for my personal information, and once for payment. There was very little communication.

I went to BZ Tire Shop for a truck alignment. An hour after I dropped off my truck off, they called me and said that it would cost over $300 to complete my alignment. They insisted I needed two $80 caster camber kits and over $100 for additional labor.I was furious at this extreme price gouging and took my truck else where. I ended up going to the dealership, and the alignment cost $250 less then what this place was going to charge me. The dealership did the alignment with no issues and no caster camber kits needed. The crazy part is BZ’s did everything they could to try to convince me that I was wrong and needed this extra work done.Bottom line, I will never return or recommend.

After 4 years of having the TMP SERV message displaying on my dashboard and multiple dealerships and garages attempt (but fail) to fix the problem, it was finally resolved by the team at BZs. I would not recommend buying tires from them! We bought 4 tires from them a little over a month ago and have already had to replace 2 tires. We were told the tires were in really good shape and nothing wrong with them only to have to take my car to another tire shop to be told that I am lucky me and my babies were not harmed while in the vehicle that these junky tires were on because the inside of the tires were so raw because the tires were bad. I am so upset and they don’t care because if they did then they would go above and beyond to make sure there customers are taken care of. My fiancé went by there to show them the tire and the manager basically asked him what he wanted him to do about the tire. They have absolutely no respect for there customers.

A tiny bit over what I would like to pay for a used tire....but the customer service and quality of the tires is absolutely worth it!! The owner is super sweet!! And the guys who have help me outside are extremely helpful and polite. I will definitely be back!

I went here to get a front end alignment on my Dodge ram 1500. They tell me I need two shocks on the front because the one on the right is broken and leaking.The first day I get the supposed alignment. I drive it home, its pulling worse to the same side than it was prior to them working on it. 2 days later I take it back to there shop to get my frontend shocks replaced. I looked under the wheel well on both sides to see if theyre repaired and replaced. And they were replaced.I paid. $329.00 for two front shocks on my pickup only. I told the lady my alignment hadnt been done correctly she insisted on driving my truck by herself to see if it still pulls to the left.She comes back and tells me shes a professional and she knows all about vehicle repair, and that truck is not pulling to the right. So after I was ripped off on the shocks, which incidentally cost me over $300 dollars, I still had to pay for an alignment I never received. My truck pulls to the left worse since having this shop work on it, something Ill never do again. Nor could I recommend it to anyone else to patronize this place.I am a retired disabled vet, trying to live on a pension.It does me no good to take my truck to be fixed only to find out I was ripped off. I paid 319 for two shocks that they paid $35.00 a piece for.This whole job was a total RIP-Off.Yesterday I filed a formal complaint with the attorney general fraud and theft division. I clearly and precisely documented this entire, horrible experience.Lets see what the AGs office does about that.Im pretty sure its gonna get ugly.Buyer beware DONT let these people you off from your hard earned money. The saying is true, good honesty mechanics are hard to find.

Great guys over here. Pulled my boat Trailer up knowing I had one bad wheel bearing and they offered to check the rest. Ended up all 4 wheel bearings were filled with water. They really went above and beyond and fixed me up saving me from paying hundreds of dollars that it woulda been had my problem gone unnoticed. Thank y’all!!!!

I went to this place after replacing the upper control arm bushings and half shafts on my little truck for a front end alignment. Being an old GM dealership mechanic I usually do my own work but I dont have the equipment for this procedure so contacted BZ by phone first and they stated they would charge $40 diagnostic fee if alignment not done because of parts needed. I understood but had checked out everything first and felt truck would accept alignment with no problems. An hour and half after I had showed up for my appointment they told me it needed all these parts which half were not needed for the alignment. I paid the $40 and when I said I assume this $40 would be deducted from alignment when I corrected everything and bring back for alignment they said no. I took the truck to another more reputable shop the next week where he aligned with no problems or complications of any kind. The people at BZ were not honest or straight forward and seem to just want to sell parts and labor that was not needed. Beware.

Customer service is outstanding. was stuck waiting hours due to my company waiting to approve which is on my company not the tire shop. they offered to take me somewhere to get food and asked many times if I needed anything while I waited. Noticed they took great care of thier other customers with recommendations. stagg seemed very knowledgeable.

I went to BZs Tire Shop yesterday morning. Got in and out in less than 90 minutes. My car needed four new tires. Later, they called me to let me know there was a rebate for the tires and even sent me the link to it via email. That was pretty awesome. Everyone is always very friendly and professional. Ive had an alignment done last year and new rotors, too. So this is not a one-off experience. Highly recommend this place. Also, while I was there a police officer showed up to get her patrol car serviced. If the cops go there, thats certainly another referral to pay attention to.

BZs saved us this past weekend when one of our tractor tires rolled off of the bead. They gave us a clear quote of the cost for coming out to our property to fix it. Great group of people, the owner took the time to take me out to the garage bay and explain the process. I went in for a brake change and rust had eaten through the backer plates on the rear tires. I ended up staying at the shop for the whole day. The owners offered to drive me to get some lunch or share their pizza that they had just ordered. In the end they were able to accomplish everything in one day and at what I thought was a fair price.

I was pleased. It was my first experience trading with them. Prompt, informative, and very reasonable. I was satisfied and would recomend them for a square deal. Ill do it again if the need arises. 4 tires, with road hazard insurance and A FREEKIN REBATE FOR $60 mail in. That was from the manufacturer. It was a good deal without the rebate.

Very nice, clean shop & friendly, helpful service. I went in to get a leaky tire repaired. I mentioned that I was going to need to replace a tire because it was wearing unevenly. They took the time to look through their used inventory and found a perfectly good used tire for about a fourth of what a new one would’ve cost me. I left very happy.

They also sell used tires, so if youre in a bind financially, or just need a cheap tire for the spare or something, you can get fixed up. Ive had numerous tires fixed here, even an inner tube for a tractor tire. They always have a huge range of tires in stock, Ive never had to wait for them to be ordered, or brought over. Theyve been beating discounts prices and service for a while now, and I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful. I had a leaking tire on my 5th wheel trailer. Went to Loves truck stop. They only do tires for big rigs. They do not have the machines for aluminum or may rims. Went to Wal-Mart. They would only sell me a new tire.Found this place online. They have HUGE bays so I was able to pull in. Turns out it was A leaky valve stem. They replaced that, aired ALL of my tires then charged me $16!Highly recommend them.

Passing thru Seguin and noticed travel trailer tires were low. When I checked with BZ to see if i could get some air they said they would be glad to help. Pulled me inside, put both axles and spare to specs, no charge.Since i was not real excited about the nires on my recently purchased trailer even though they looked new, it seemed like a good time to shop. They shot me a fair deal on replacements before they also pointed out that even though my tires looked great they were ten years old. This was certainly not anything i wanted to be on the road with. Less than an hour from the time i stopped until i was back on the road, no issues at all even with my aluminum wheels. Trailer behaves much better.Great service, cleanest auto facilty i have seen, friendly, all around wonderful experience.True gem in Seguin.

Came in for a $25 Alignment Inspection and two used front tires. After telling me the price of the used tires would be twice the price of 2 NEW tires from WalMart, I agreed since WalMart wont do alignment. 2 Hours later the tell me my car is ready and cannot be aligned because it needs over $1300 worth of work before they can even attempt to align it.A quick check of the price of the parts they said I needed was less than $200 so when I asked where they got the other $900 they claimed it was for specialized parts and even with those parts it would still be $700 in labor for a 45 min job. Not counting the alignment.2 Hrs and $200 later, I left and not 3 days later I feel a wobble in my car when I hit 30mph. I took it in to another local shop (Snows in La Vernia, THEYRE AMAZING BTW) and they found a bubble in one tire and improper treadwear in the other.So basically they charged me $200 to tell me they cant do anything and installed tires on my car that were WORSE than the ones I wanted changed.DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Scammers took off our tire stated they couldnt fix it. Assumed we drove it on a flat which we didnt tried to sell us a two hundred dollar tire put the tire back on incorrectly they wouldnt balance it after taking it off they charged us 20$ for something they didnt even do dont go to them
