First time visit, so still formulating an opinion. The place is busy, too busy for walk-in, or drive-in, business. Staff was friendly and helpful and we scheduled a service appointment for Friday.------We dropped the car off on Friday as scheduled, and there was no problem leaving the car. We were in and out quickly, assured that they had our requests from our first visit, when we were put off for not having an appointment,.which were an oil and filter change, and for them to check the 4-wheel disk brakes which making a grinding noise when applied.They were good about notifying us when the car was ready and we went pay the invoice and pick up the car.The invoice total was $91.00 for four quarts of oil and the filter, which seemed rather high to me, but I figured it included the labor to check the brake system. When I asked what they had found out about that, I got a blank stare -- there was nothing on the work order, nor on the invoice, about the brakes.I do understand that customer service is no longer considered an important component of doing business these days, and oversights can easily be made. Still, it is unfortunate that our first experience with this Service Department was less than pleasant, and it would be unfair to sever any chance of our return business over this. I will, however, be researching to find out if $91.00 is the current norm for an oil and filter change before returning.

My appointment was at 1 and they didnt even take it back until after 2 so it was around 2:45 I finally got out for an appointment that was supposed to be at 1. It was for and oil change and tire rotation.

They act like they will help you get the vehicle you want and like they work with all credit but they dont. Its not worth the trip.

I have taken my 16yo Avalanche to this dealership twice since I moved to Seguin and they treated me like I brought in a brand new vehicle for maintenance. Top Shelf!! Customer service and quality of work have been second to none! I cant remember any other time or any other dealership that treated me with such courtesy and professionalism. Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a GMC Canyon with a lift kit on it January 2020 and was told by the sales guy that the lift kit and tires had been put on recently, after 3 months of constant shaking my front left tire has horrible cupping and I’ve had to purchase a new tire, when I took it up to get it checked out I was told that the suspension was actually put on elsewhere and wasn’t covered under warranty and that actually the truck is running just fine, it may just need an alignment but that’ll be 157.00. I refused to pay for the alignment being that the truck should have been aligned when I bought it. After about a day of waiting I am told that the alignment is done and I can come pick it up by a Sly salesmen by the name of Eddie Martinez, it’s a shame we share a last name. Well of course I’m happy that I got an alignment and I’m on my way to pick up the truck. Before I arrive I get a call from the service dept, where I am told that the truck hasn’t had an alignment, as a matter of fact, they didn’t do anything to that truck so I might wanna go ask the sales guy Incase he forgot to put the ticket in. I am going to go pay someone to do a proper alignment as Seguin Chevrolet prefers to lie to your face instead of operate like a legit business.
