I was very happy with their service! They came out when stated, and then came back when stated to fix my dryer. And their price was very reasonable to fix my dryer. Im very well pleased with their service!!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Ranft is in it for the long haul. They do everything right to earn your business and it works. How else could you explain a small business like that staying in business all these years competing against the likes of Home Depot?!? I have often said; when I hear commercials say, Were a family business, why do I give a rats ass if your company is a family? Hell, if anything it means you hire incompetent, untrained and or unqualified people to do the work (Aunt Marge is a wiz with numbers. She can be the accountant). Well, if every family business was run like Ranft, then it would mean something but theyre usually not. And the fact that they sell speed queen appliances should tell you all you really need to know. And if you dont understand what that means go google it. Or just save yourself all the trouble and hassle and go to them. They need my review like they need a hole in the head but if you happen to be someone who dislikes them for any reason. Youre a loser and should really consider killing yourself. ..just kidding. Dont kill yourself. Just know that youre wrong and try to make it up them.

Dropped a dishwasher there several years ago. Called for 2 weeks to check status. Finally went by, the repair guy was out, they called him, said it was no good so he threw it out. Never again.

Did not deliver on promised date, and never bothered to notify us that the truck wouldnt be here. When we called and cancelled the order, they refused to refund our money. So now were out 3 grand for a washer and dryer set we never received!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
