R and R is the best! When lightning blew out our refrigerator, we thought wed have to buy a new one. Kevin came over right away and gerryrigged a fan to fit (our brand no longer sold parts) and we were happy! Such good, courteous service is hard to find! To say nothing of the money we saved.

DX’d the problem within five minutes and fixed immediately.On time, professional and very personable. Answered all my questions.

Called R&R this morning and talked with Jamie explained the situation and she said they could come out on Friday which was great.... but they called back later in the afternoon and got someone out same day! Ethan came out diagnosed the problem and repaired in under 45 minutes and at minimal cost!! Saved the day because I had 2 elderly Aunts coming for the weekend who have medical issues and need medications refrigerated. Highly recommend!! Thank y’all so much for great customer service and timely, minimal cost for repairs!!!!

Called after finding out that our warranty company doesn’t cover our area?? Crazy but true! Jamie returned my called a few hours later and set up a time for the next day. Ethan showed up and diagnosed the problems with both microwave and stovetop in just a few minutes. He was very thorough in explaining what had caused both problems. Had issues with our dryer. It is a really good model, but a little older. Decided to call R & R Appliance to see if it could be repaired. Ethan provided prompt and professional service. Diagnosed problem, ordered the defective part, and replaced it with little inconvenience to us. Was honest and courteous.
