The tech that came out was kind and very knowledgeable. However we were told 11:30 and at 1 without a call that they were running late we called. The tech was there around 6pm. But again, the tech was fantastic and the office was kind. Just not the best at their scheduling.

Keosy checked everything on both air conditioners. Very thorough, changed some parts that were going bad. We live so far out, he was trying to save us another service call. We would highly recommend Lakeside to everyone. Thank you for your good service.

Lakeside Air Conditioning did a fantastic job of installing a new system, upgrading the existing vents and adding new vents. The team arrived on time, was well prepared, and executed the work flawlessly. They were neat and tidy, and cleaned up when their work was done. They were pleasant, answered all my questions, and completed the job on time. These folks are real professionals. Highly recommend!

Lakeside Air Conditioning did a great and wonderful job of installing a brand new system in at Sunny South Exterminators. It was because of that, that my wife and I called them and had them come to our home and assist us in making the decision to install a unit in our home. They gave us a great offer on a new system. We have almost had our system for a year now and we are just grateful for a COOL home now. We are grateful for the people at Lakeside. And because of us, we had my wifes parents call them to have a new unit installed in their home. They are now having a COOL home as well. Thank you Lakeside for being there for us. I thought the Blower motor siezed up but after the tech inspected the unit, it was only a bad wire connection, They could have said it was something major but they didnt. Very respectful, Thank you

Had a schedule appointment for this morning and no show no phone call

Lightning took out the compressor today ... after 5pm of course. Called Lakeside at 5:05 and got a very friendly woman with the answering service. Keosy from Lakeside was here before 5:30 and we were fixed (capacitor) and checked before 6pm. Awesome company that has taken care of us for 13 years. Thank you Keosy & Lakeside Air Conditioning!

We had them put an AC on our park model, 3 years ago. First summer, it malfunctioned. They came to fix, OK. So, we have had them come to do a maintenance check, before we leave, for the summers. We scheduled a maintenance check, 3 weeks ago, for July 5, today. We were notified to reschedule our appt on the 3rd. Now, they cant service our AC until October due to being so far behind. We are leaving on the 8th for a long period. WOW! How does that happen? How do you get THIS far behind? Very disappointed with them. Will not be using them again or suggesting anyone use them in the future.
