I got my new A/C with this company in 2019. At the time they were as responsive as I would have liked. However since then many problems have risen. The techs that installed the A/C were 2 young men that did not do a good job which was admitted by their other tech who recently had to redo a part of the installation as it was causing mold. They have had to come over 6 times in the last 2 years for one problem or another. I have been unhappy for a while but now it has been a few weeks since they came to repair the mistake and somehow my A/c just stopped working. I called to get someone to come. I asked for David specifically and was told he would call me as he was on call. It has been 3 hours since then and my 4 bedroom house is without A/C. I have 2 toddlers and am currently 9 months pregnant and extremely angry over this. I had to call other companies to get someone out here. True plumbers came within 30 minutes of my call. I am so grateful to them. They said my compressor was burnt out. Not working and not repairable. So I had to repair it as I still have not heard from ac cooling and heating even after calling their on call tech 4 times. It cost 230 to get a new compressor plus 100 for the service call so that all cost me 330 which is ridiculous considering this unit is 2 years old. It cost me over 7k to get this new A/c plus every service call since has been 49 dollars. I will be filing complaints against this company if they dont make it right. I will be calling to see how they can but it is so unfair and so horrible for my babies if I would not have called another company in time.

Wow! I never thought I would get such responsive and friendly service as this! We live out of the area and after realizing through my WiFi thermostat that my A/C died. They scheduled me in ASAP and took the stress off of us. I knew I would be replacing it because of how old it was but they wanted to try to save me money first by trying to resurrect it. Staff/ Tech kept me updated the whole time like I was their #1 customer. Great place to do business! Thank you Action!!

I got there flyer in the mail and called and scheduled an appointment for a day they had and they called 30 minutes after they were supposed to be here and said there guy was 2.5 hours away in another county and he would be here by 1 then they called at 1 and said same guy was still 2.5 hours away and there other guy drove past me to another appointment and couldnt come. This place is a JOKE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! I would highly recommend to find someone else to do your work as I will be finding someone else and thanks for ruining and wasting my whole day!!

We called for a regular service to have ducts cleaned and inspected. When David got here he showed us his extreme concern of ingesting insulation through our duct work from the unit, it was beyond repair and had us hooked up with a new unit in 5 days. Fair pricing, knowledgeable and just plain a great guy. Call Dave and tell him we sent you...(Sebring/Tanglewood) My husband and I would highly recommend this company. David and his crew were most professional They really made us feel like family and likewise them.

We recently bought a winter home in Sebring. After we had already headed north we discovered our AC was not working. I was referred to Action cooling and have been extremely happy with their service. Everyone from my first phone call to completion of the service was extremely friendly. We ended up needing to replace our AC for what we feel was a fair price in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

David was very professional and Quick with his service. David came by our house on Tuesday to discuss what was problem with our A/C and by Thursday we ended up with a brand new A/C that was well over due(we really needed a new one)David is a very honest, considerate professional person. Johnathan and Noel came and installed our new A/C and I can’t say enough great things about those 2 respectful, and hard workers. I had to have an new unit & all the duct work installed - which took 2 whole days to complete. Through it all the techs were always polite & caring - making sure I new what was going on & if I had any questions. They also cleaned up after they were through - which was very nice. The office staff also made sure that I was happy & all was well. They all deserve a BIG thank you .

We were so impressed with the quality, skill, professionalism, and work ethics of this family owned business. They came to Arcadia and replaced our very old system and duct work with white glove efficiency. They put down paper to protect the floor and swept and cleaned up as they went. Not a scrap left behind. David was very knowledgeable about the science of Florida air conditioning and the calculations needed not only to cool but to dehumidify properly. Highly recommend!

Quick service. Honest and very respectful. From scheduling to service everyone was nice and efficient. Even with a bump with our new unit the quickly fixed it and even followed up after to be sure everything was good to go. Highly recommended!!!

David came by with cheap price of 49.00. We have two units. Said we had many problems. Mold real bad. Need to clean units and duct cleaning for 1400.00.Called another company. The looked over thing and found no problems. There price was zero. Saved that 1400.00.

Our Air conditioner was running almost 24/7. house was ok in morning but in the 80s in the afternoon.Called Action, they checked everything out and found a block of Ice in our furnace unit. offered to bring fan units in for the night until they could get back in the morning.. they replaced every thing from in and outside units to duck work and piping and thermostat. Everyone from estimate to office staff to installers to inspectors were informative and polite. two young men work all day and got it all done in one day. From tare out to cleanup. so happy that they will be back the end of the week to blow new insulation in the attic. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service. My fan had a small leak so the tech said i need $5k new unit, and they charged me over $200 no $49 they are big scamers well i called different technician who puted easy leak seal in fixing it now my ac work perfect again

Super disappointed. All I will say is get a second quote. I used Honest Abe instead and I’m glad I did. I would’ve used Action but my gut said something seemed insincere. My unit was still under warranty and the quotes ranging from $1,200 to $5,300 were resolved with $150 by very clean honest work.

Great service! Called them over an issue with my rental unit, (while I was at work). Fixed in no-time, change a condenser (which matched what I was told by the concierge) and change the blades of the fan (that was making a noise because of vibration). Spot on, love it! Thank you very much!

We just bought this house and needed to have the HVAC cleaned. Nelson was the tech, and did such a superb job! He called ahead, was here on time, very professional, very thorough, explained everything without any high pressure attempt to sell un-needed stuff. Their maintenance program is priced competitively, and they seem like an honest, fair, and knowledgeable company. Im really happy I called them, and will definitely continue with them and recommend them to neighbors.
