Tech came out didnt do anything to my unit.. Are me plenty of advice on what I needed to purchase. Told me to change my own filter and let him know if that helps.. I never got a return call after I told him it still doesnt work and he was supposed to get some information from the owner.... Well I called another company out of lake placid florida and within 10 minutes my unit whats up and running without any issues thus far he just told me I needed to clean it when I get a chance but everything else works perfectly on my air conditioner unit.

Tim was exceptionally helpful. Very knowledgeable and honest. Service call was within an hour, and upon finding my 30 year old system needed replacement, work was completed the next day. The crew was efficient and courteous. Tim explained everything and helped me choose the best unit, both for efficiency and cost. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Affordable Air to anyone needing air conditioning repair or replacement
