I go here one or twice a month for threading, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the city to get it done. At first, I was a little bit nervous, having never done threading before, but the staff was so nice that I was easily able to get comfortable and give it a try. Now I see them often and it’s always a great experience.

Definitely the best eyebrow place in Seattle. The lady that did mine was amazing. Social distancing was properly practiced. Everything is getting disinfected on each customer. Will definitely coming back.

Love the owner she is Amazing she remembers my name and makes a real effort to build a relationship with her clients. Sometimes there are small areas not fully threaded but not often and Im always in a rush but I know she would fix it if I noticed at the time. ☺️

I needed a new place to get my eyebrows done after moving to Seattle during the pandemic. I found this little shop on Google and it got great reviews. I wanted my brows cleaned up and was wary about having them appear too thin. The woman who did my eyebrows (didn’t catch her name) was very thorough and listened to my wants and needs. She did an amazing job and the shop was incredibly clean. I was in and out in minutes and bought a package so I can come back. Definitely recommend this place for threading brows.

This was the first time I went for threading in Seattle and I had such wonderful threading experience here .Pratima is very friendly and very good at her work and it was painless threading I ever had . Very reasonable prices got memberships .I highly recommend them and I will continue going there.

Ive been going to Shanti since they opened their Ballard location. Fantastic service and such a great value. They restarted the package I had purchased before they closed and I didnt lose anything. They are super clean, covered from head to toe with protective gear and no longer hold the thread in their mouth (its loosely tied around their neck.) I totally feel safe going to their shop. Great service.

I asked to get my eyebrows cleaned up and I could tell it was extremely rushed. There are places on my brows that were threaded off that didn’t need to be, and places that needed to be that weren’t. Now I feel ugly. Thanks. Overall not a satisfactory experience and am not going again. #browsgonewild

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!!!!I had a terrible experience at this salon. They ruined my thick beautiful eyebrows. I would not recommend this place to those who have thicker brows. They don’t take their time to shape your eyebrows instead they do a very hastily job. They removed some part of my brows that hasn’t grown back after a month. Also, I had a membership with them and when I requested to get refund for my unused sessions, they refused to pay me back. I feel like I wasted my money.

Love them - I have been going for years and just went back post COVID closure. They were super professional, the women now use their necks rather than mouths to hold the string and everyone was wearing masks, full body apron and gloves. I am thrilled they are back open and thrilled with how professional and clean they were all while keeping things within the COVID restrictions. Highly recommend them for all threading and waxing needs.

Nice place to go to keep you groomed regardless of gender. I thread my brows here pretty regularly as a guy with almost unibrow lol. They have good deal for pack of 6 sessions. I love this place for price! Waxing eyebrow is very expensive and they cannot control eyebrow shaping as much as threading. Must go spot for groomers.

First time it hasnt been painful. seeing my beautiful brows after coming here was enjoying to make me buy a membership. Totally worth it. Heads up, its located in a hard to find spot inside a yoga studio, and Google maps shows the location being a full block down the road than what it truly is.

I got appointment for waxing two weeks before, I did full leg, full arm, underarm, upper lip, Brazilian bikini waxing, signature facial and membership for upper lip waxing total $265, store is neat and cool, I used Safeway parking lot during my session in salon, customer service is extremely good, I was one hour late to session due to traffic in freeway, the salon staff understood my situation they adjusted next client time for me, Very fast and neat service, Shanti threading is franchise I recommend this location salon as best for waxing and facial, I didnt do threading so cant comment on that part.
