The staff are very nice and they like to help if you are needing services.

This branch is set to close in the not too distant future -- currently its a fine office.

They are wonderful here! Helped me immensely with my problem. Tina was the beautiful lady I worked with and she was really helpful. She made my day!

The only complaint I have is that they recertify you about every 6 months. I just had to have my medical help recertified this month, (like my disability will change after 10+ years. And Im over 65 now so Medicaid should be automatic, right!).

This place has the nicest, most efficiant employees Ive had the pleasure of helpinge navigate the bureaucracy of State govt assistance. It is like night and day difference when compared to the downtown office for ebt. Ive had several experiences that were less than pleasant with the downtown office, but both times Ive come to this office the employees treated me with dignity and were very helpful in explaining stuff that had been confusing to me prior....A+++++++++

I like this Capitol Hill Community Center DSHS office as well as I can like any DSHS office. The people are friendly here and there knowledgeable. Theyre very professional and a lot of the social / case workers have been there for over two decades

Judgement displayed passively but they give great help long as you are present and cooperative

The lines are sorry most days, and the staff here is more helpful and much more personable than many others.

This place is crap from the supervisor Tim to my none speaking English case manager Workanish, who over talks me and dosent listen to a dam thing I say ! I think its because Im African AmericanAnd she African fresh off the plane . And they dont like us as it, why you think they build there own little communitys​ in AmericaBut not to get off point but I thinks its this relationship she has with me that keeps seating me back and giving me the run aroundNow I have heart problems since birth, I was born with cervical spine c2-c3 fussion arthritis in both of my knees and I suffer from PTSD bipolar and some depression and anxiety and I still dont quilfied for benefits from them to be approved for benefits

So grateful for this CSO. I used to have to go down to the Belltown CSO and the place was scary & depressing & the staff were rude.

If you need help with food thay will help out as much as they can
