I left a review here and then deleted it because I don’t want to be too harsh on people who are trying their best. But I just went elsewhere for care after having a not so great experience at Neighborcare and I have to put my review back up to give honest feedback because the two experiences didn’t even compare. This Neighborcare is fine and if it’s the only place you can afford to go to, it’s nice that it is there for people. But I did not receive good care here and did not feel like my needs as a patient were being valued and appropriately addressed. The doctors did not communicate with me when there was a problem that arose with my reason for going here - If I didn’t take the time to notice the issue myself and reach out to them it would never have been resolved. As a patient I was left completely in the dark. There was a nice apology afterwards but it was only after I took the time to correct their mistake. After seeing the care that is possible at other locations I can’t excuse the way I was treated here.
This clinic as well organized and prepared for covid testing and keeps an uncrowded waiting room with chairs far apart. I have a favorite doctor here that Ive been coming to see for years, and the other doctors have done well. They have a lab for some tests, and I dont know if theyll be doing covid testing in the future.
Great clinic -- very transparent when I didnt have insurance and had highly competent staff who helped me get onto Apple Health (WA Medicaid).
Great community health clinic with friendly staff that serves the under-served (healthcare accesibility for the poor, LGBTQ+, minorities, etc)
They seem unable to send blood test reports to you, regardless of asking them 3 times for it! Neither do they post soft copies onto the patient portal!
