These entities are very foul and disrespectful. When your on time they are 20 to 30 mind late.Now if your are late due to traffic OR THERE LINE IS EXTREMELY LONG,THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU OR CLAIM YOUR TOO LATE.THE BIAS THEY HAVE ARE FOUL AND DISGUSTing DEMEANING AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL.these clowns needs to be shut down.Once you do get called they are already crowed an you have to way for a room to be seen with the slow DOCTORS.I WILL BE TERMINATED MY SERVICES HERE ASAP
Everyone was so welcoming and helpful at this clinic! They were so patient when explaining anything I was confused about. Especially Dr. Hyelim Park, she made sure I was comfortable and was very informative. It’s rare to find a provider that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I had some trouble with my insurance but they were very understanding and helped me fix it all! I highly recommend becoming her patient and visiting this clinic!

I drove 45 mins for my vaccination appointment and got told wrongly by the girl in the front that my appointment was the next day. I waited until then, called the front desk who also confirmed my that I’d be getting it that day. Showed up just to be told that my appointment was yesterday. So I never got my shot and no one at their clinic took responsibility for messing up, blaming it on 3rd party services the whole time even though it was obvious it was their mistake. Incredibly unprofessional and just down right terrible at their jobs.
Very unprofessional place! I don’t think the staffs and nurse know what they are doing. A nurse called my mom to come in for blood test again. My mom said she just had it taken last month. If nothing urgent, she will get it at the same time of her next appointment in Dec. She asked the nurse what’s the blood test for? The nurse replied, “she doesn’t know”. She is just calling because the Dr. told her to. How ridiculous!
First of all. Super lack of communication from the front desk. I wish I can give 0 stars to the front desk people. The dentists do not really explain the problem for the patients and just let them go with all of the concerns. The 2 last time Ive been here, I had to wait AN HOUR to see the doctor (normally it should only take 15-20 minutes).Secondly, I called and asked about insurance by phone, they barely understand English, and hang up. Very rude.Thirdly, I came and waited for an hour, then the nurse came to me said my provider was behind, she couldnt make it today, I could continue to wait or reschedule another day. Very disappointed.
I felt disappointed about the service. A ICHS employee, Yui Hui who had worked in lobby close to the elevator, that guy was so rule to customers. I know the clinic has a lot of elderly patients so you should provide a good service, be patience, be a good listener and be a professional in your career but this person is lack of all the skills. I just shared my feeling after visited the office.I just recommend people must consider carefully when they select or resign the clinical.Dear, the management depart of the Holly Park clinical provide a customer service court for the employee. Highly recommend that.Final, I will change my family clinic to other place.

My family provider is Dr.Pham for about 5 years. She is wonderful I love that she is caring and listens well to every concern I have weather it be for me or my child. She treats us like family. I’ve also been treated by other providers when my provider is super busy and they are as well as caring as her. Definitely recommend Holly Park Clinic.
I had a great experience here. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and listened to me, and best of all it was free because they take my insurance! (Coordinated Care) They also spoke a lot of different languages, which is always a plus. And the woman on the phone even helped me out when I needed directions to the place!I had a cleaning done and a bunch of x-rays taken, and I’ll be going back tomorrow to get some fillings. But so far everything’s great :) I recommend going to them if you are having trouble finding a decent affordable place to get your dental work done.

Very fast customer service time from being checked in to seeing the doctor. Probably the fastest time that Ive ever experienced in health care. All of my concerns were addressed and the dental clinic and pharmacy are in the same place. Very fast and convenient.
We have always been treated with respect and dignity and received great care from wonderful staff, nurses, doctors and dentists. We got help with insurance, pregnancy classes and excellent interpreter support. Great place to trust your familys care to, IMHO.
Schedule an appointment but reschedule it one week before. Appointment on Dec 10 and calling and reschedule on Dec 3. The rescheduling appointment is January 6. In Dec 27, Received a letter state that you missed your appointments with your doctor. Calling back an had no appointment.After that, I call an complaint about this situation. They state that they can not do anything since the person talk to me on the phone has nothing identity.If you are still do business via phone with them. Remember to asked, what is your names, what race are you, and what is your like receptionist numbers to get the information down. And remember what time did you call and what day. With all of this, it may not still works.I chose myself to find a more reliable service.But if you want to stick with them. Good luck.

Front desk didnt explain why i needed another appointment. told me i had to pay next visit which my insurance covers.
I discovered some discharge during my 6 week pregnantcy. I called Lynn the OB nurse. She said the baby was too small and they cant do anything about it. I am now at my 8 weeks pregnancy and had a discharge again today. I called Lynn my OB nurse again and she said I am still too early for an ultrasound still. I then asked can I even come in for a blood test to know if I have a miscarriage or not. She said she cant sneak me in. Told me to go to an ER instead and if I ended up going to an ER let them know so they can cancel my next appointment. Talk about bad patient practice these people are just horrible. Screw them!!!

I been with clinic at least 10yrs, seen many dr but this time saw dr Ta Anh, absolute worst experience in my life. I had extreme pain in stomach and chest pain with heart rate 118 and had to waited 2 hrs after nurse check me in . She acted unprofessional and unfriendly only care about insurance and not with dr heart . She told me I can walk in and get MRI anywhere with private pay . Next day I went two different places and called couples places they all said WA state law required DR referral for MRI doesn’t matter who pay . I came back office and left message for her but no response since .

This clinic is great, (giving the 1 star to 𝑫𝒓. 𝑾𝒖 (dentist) except there is a doctor from the dentist side called 𝑫𝒓. 𝑾𝒖He is rude and always yells at old people. He is the rudest doctor I’ve ever seen. When my grandma got her teeth filled, she felt very uncomfortable, but he keep pushing into her mouth🙄. She came home and felt sick
If I can give this no stars I would. Ive been going here for as long as I can remember and that is because its close to my home and that accepts my type of insurance, thats the only reason why I continue to go. Other than that the service there is so horrible. The receptionists in the dental service are very rude and inpatient. They also make rude comments in their native language which I so happen to understand. The other side where you go for Doctor check ups take forever. Several times they have forgotten I have even checked in and I end up waiting over an hour to meet with my doctor. The doctors are okay, they are kind and proficient but the wait is terrible. There is never avalible appointments open when you need it right away, the next open one is mostly in the next 2-3 months, not weeks, but months. They should really hire more people or replace some employees there because it is not a very welcoming place.

2/3 of the providers are always leaving after a couple of years, therefore only 1/3 is good. Parking is kinda tough. Location is in a Seattle housing area, so safety is an issue.
The holy park clinic are ok but the drinking water area by dental are very yuck and nesity on 12/29/18. Saturday I was waiting to be call, there are 2 Vietnamese old lady spit and wash their hand in there.
These doctors dont know they are doing, everytime I have problems that I feel in pain, they dont try to diagnose anything, they just let me go. Ive been having abdominal pain for 5 months, Ive told them about it 3 times, but they never do any tests, or refer me. All they do is give me pain medicine, they dont try to resolve the issue long term, if I end up in the ER, Ill be suing.
I was there spend one hour half mins just waiting to see a.doctor for my result .they sad the result is ready just waiting for the doctor.and I tell them just give me call for the result . I didnt recieve any call and I call in twice . People keeping transfering me..and no ones answers.Call in third time. They were close at 5:45. Not accepting call. But the business hour says close.at 6pm..I just spoke disappointing . Drove for one hour and.waiting for another hour there and got nothing ..
The dental clinic is booked out for 5 months if you are myself, while quizzing others revealed that 3 months seems to be the norm wait time.I waited 5 months for today, to finally have my cavities filled that have been hurting, only to be sabotaged by both secretaries, one who scheduled me for a service I already did.Re-scheduling reveals that the next available exam is another 5 months in May. I was in shock thinking I will have to deal with 5 months of pain because they will only do a certain amount of work per visit. Last time my upper teeth were cleaned. I was told to floss more because I was losing bone, etc.I opted to use an emergency day and wait for a spot, like I did 5 months ago. I finally meet with the doctor to have him say they messed up, and to reschedule. He then launched into robot mode and said the same thing about bone loss, gum disease, etc. It was the exact same speech as last time. I tried to stop him and ask questions that pertain to me but got nowhere, and this strange behaviour seemed to infect the entire staff.I repeatedly needed to ask what service they were going to provide me They suspiciously had ex-rayd only one tooth, which got my hopes up that they would at least put in one filling today which didnt happen. I kept asking what exactly was the purpose of pulling me back there without having my xrays ready. I also asked him whether or not I could fill the cavity myself, how is it that he could notice bone loss, and many other questions that went completely ignored. He spoke on as if we were reading the dictionary, twice I told him that I had no sensitive teeth because he kept saying that he was going to put on to help sensitivity of my teeth. If this gel was going to feel over the cavities then I would have felt that they did something for me today. I grew suspicious when he refused to tell me how long the gel is on your teeth roughly.I told him that I would not like the fluoride or paste on my teeth, nor did I want or need something for sensitivity, which is something that does not pertain to me. When it became clear that he had nothing that he could do, It was too late. He had already put the paste on my teeth which took no more than 10 seconds. She only got that far with me because he dodged all my questions, like why I had an x-ray on a tooth that he had no time to work on, or why he would put sensitivity paste on teeth that are not sensitive, or why he refused to believe me the last time I was there, the other lady had done some cleaning on my upper teeth. (free of charge).The employees are public defenders of the medical world. They are the barrel doctors who have lost their humanity, and now just try to justify putting you in the chair, because once you have accepted their service you are liable to pay, whether you protested it, whether you needed it...thats not important because you need every service they provide.I set myself a new appointment its in May...5 months away, which ironically will make my x-rays become unusable (1 year)....perpetuating the madness and restarting the cycle..
The absolute worst experience at a Dr. Office in my life. Schedulers are negligent in their duties. Dr. Wang is so busy cleaning up her office staff mistakes she makes mistakes as well.she rescheduled me four times,meetings and training

The staff here is really rude. Theyre not enthusiastic. This is the first time I come here,so there are many things that I dont know. When I asked them, instead of give me an answer, they showed me an annoy attitude and spoke loudly to me just like this is my mistake . Furthermore, when i was reading the guideline book, the woman name Vicky L suddenly took away the guideline book. That suck really rude.
Scheduled an appointment for my child 2 weeks in advance. Drove an hour this morning to get there only to be told that the appointment had been cancelled, the doctor was not available and that they had left a voice mail. No evidence of a voice mail on any of our phones. Declined to reschedule. Had to drive back in traffic for another hour. RUDE and inconsiderate!
