The doctor lacked any emotional response and was mechanical throughout our visits. The front desk person seemed to have the same disposition and didn’t want to be bothered with communicating all the costs of testing upfront before scheduling me, which cost me hundreds out of pocket after the fact since my health benefits didn’t cover the visits I had with the doctor to see if I had a learning disability. The front desk person told me it was a $25 copay and that they were in-network. No treatment of cost summary or consideration for the patient, just a big bill after it’s all said and done. So don’t expect them to check if your coverage will cover it on your behalf. After experiencing sticker shock, I told them I wouldn’t be able to pay everything upfront and would have to pay what I can monthly. This was right before the pandemic shut everything down and I was unsure what my job situation would look like. They wanted me to make an official payment plan but again, I wasn’t able to promise paying the same amount each month in case I lost my job. Each time I called their billing offices, I was told a different story that my insurance should have paid it and I need to reach out to them, basically getting the runaround before my insurance company confirmed they didn’t accept their billing codes as covered. I made payments when I could, most of them monthly, and the last amount I had remaining before paying it off they threatened to send me to collections for during a pandemic just because I couldn’t sign a payment agreement. After I’ve been making payments in good faith. Real classy and caring for a counseling establishment. The bill has been paid in full and I will never go back there again nor would I recommend it to anyone. They treat you like a number, not a client. I don’t even know if I trust the final diagnosis as I felt intimidated by the person assessing me. And he was always starting our sessions late, which was really annoying considering how much they charge per visit. This place left me feeling very disenfranchised.

My experience with the westseattle facility was comfortable, I was in to get an assessment for court,my conversation with the councilor very comfortable and straightforward, I very relaxed,not. pressured. I would recommend this facility to everyone whos looking for help.

I just started going here and although its by video because of covid, I really enjoyed the appointment.

They did a wonderful job with my assessment and I can do the classes on zoom. Highly recommend.

Never before have I left a therapists office feeling worse than I did when I walked in. IF YOU COME HERE FOR THERAPY, expect very basic, common sense responses to your problems. I wasnt offered any solutions to my problems other than solutions you would get from someone who doesnt really care... And thats the vibe I picked up on from the first day I showed up to their office. They dont really care, and are only concerned with seeing you for the money your insurance pays out. No joke, the response I got when I brought up my main reason for being there was, Im sorry you feel that way, and nothing else. The conversation actually stopped right there... like what?! Didnt even give me a reason to think differently. They dont care if you walk out feeling worse, or that none of your problems have been offered any real solutions. At one point, my therapist actually said, Well, it sounds like were out of options here, I came to you so you could help me find more options, not leave me feeling hopeless, and thats what it ended up doing. Associated Behavioral Health left me feeling hopeless as I walked out the door. I cant honestly recommend this place to anyone and have a clean conscious.

Very unorganized company

My experience at this location was amazing. Very helpful and treated well by the front desk at all times. I recommend this location to anyone doing a evaluation or class. Plus they are not over invasive which definately helps!

I cannot in good conscience recommend this outfit. Four days after calling and leaving a message for a prescription refill (talking to a human being is not possible), I have yet to hear back. I cant imagine had I been in a deep depression, horribly anxious, or, God forbid, suicidal. I had been warned by someone who works for Behavioral Health that the company they cannot retain staff, whether it be therapists (like mine who gave up and left) or phone operators. Why would anyone knowingly approach them for help with a mental health issue if they are going to abandon you? I have no ax to grind. Im just saying: look elsewhere for treatment.

The appointment today was very helpful. Alex walked me through everything and gave me a very fair evaluation. Im quite relieved and very satisfied that they were able to work with me and help me so much. Outstanding!!!

Really nice staff and very helpful

I was able to get in right when I called. Devin gave me a fair assessment and got the paperwork out that same day. The great thing about this place is that they also have counselors for mental health so I was also able to get counseling there as well. I also like that when I call I get a real person on the phone.

My insurance website recommended ABHC while I was looking for counseling services.I called to make an appointment, the agent was very rude and unprofessional to start with. While I was seeking info and trying to make an appointment she was very inpatient and not willing to give information of the services offered. She finally hung up the phone when I was trying to give her my insurance info. This experience turned me away and I dont think all the negativity is necessary when you are there to help customers. For that reason I am never calling or making an appointment with ABHC.

The front desk staff was absolutely straight forward, nice, easy to work with, and professional. I wish a lot of front desk help were as helpful as they were.

I think the people working at this facility were very professional. I never got a sense that there was any ulterior motive or financial interest in my assessment report. Very straightforward and painless. Highly recommended.

Just finished my evaluation at the Bellevue office with Alex I have a unique case where people often show prejudice towards me and misjudge. But here I was treated fairly and based on facts not judged and looked down at. I highly considering using this office to help with any problems you have! Thanks for the help guys!

I had a good experience with Alex Bard. He was straight forward with me and gave the information and knowledge I need/needed to move forward with.

They told me exactly where to go and what time to be there my appointment was at 3:00 and they where ready for me percicly then and it was quick just asked a few questions and I was in and out in no time
