Thanks you guys!
Had to wait weeks when trying to get my prescription. It almost got me killed in the road. Rating it high to show accredited affirmation result positively. They are great going forward when they Read The Words please and other things. Love and respect. GCcCg
This place is truly awful. I moved from here from out of State and I have very specific medications that need to be refilled. I was assured by the nurse this would not be a problem. I saw Solomon the psychiatrist there and upon seeing me once, he wanted to change the prescriptions that had been working well for me for a year during a time of personal crisis. I decided to go to a different provider, but now Solomon in coordination with the pharmacy, is insisting I pick up my prescriptions there - in violation of state law. This place has caused me nothing but stress and has delayed my treatment and my medication refills.
I dont usually give any place such a low rating. But I really hope to warn others in need before they deal with this place. Its inaccessible. They ask that you walk in to make an appointment. What year is it? Please change this policy. You are dealing with people who need psychiatric help. They might have physical disabilities too so please consider changing that policy. Please choose a staff member who is more sensitive to answer your phone calls or maybe give them additional training. Each time Ive ever tried to get any help here they have been really rude and Ive ended up in a worse state than when I called. Zero help to your community when we need it more than ever. Please please try harder, people are at serious risk because of lack of proper care. Be part of the solution in our community, not the problem. Gate keeping psychiatric care is a real life threatening problem that should be taken seriously.
The folks who work here really care about their patientsFinding this place is such a blessing for me
I had heard and read about things regarding this location and wasnt sure if I should choose this over going to an MD and getting a referral. I have been pleasantly surprised by this location and the services I have gotten. I believe shes new but Robin Bieri (sp) comes to mind as the person who went through my intake assessment and made sure I had knowledge of resources available to me. She was courteous and listened to my concerns...super empathic! Since my initial visit, Ive seen her there and she has always said, Hello or inquired as to how I was doing. This place isnt perfect...sometimes they will be running late or because of turnover, you might experience a range of different case managers. Being from the South, I have seen the worst of the worst when it comes to managed care and community services and I dont believe I have received anything but exceptional care. They have called me multiple times to try and schedule me in to see a case manager and have gotten me access to medication that affords me something that resembles a quality of life. I believe Dr. Tamrat is only there on Wednesdays but I have gone to other docs throughout my life who have largely dismissed my concerns or not had the competency to deal with the specific issues Ive had. She has been empathic and never made me feel rushed to leave. Because this place serves chronically ill populations, getting things like Psychological assessments can take some time. I believe it took around a month and a half to get mine done but I understood this and waited. I understand that others may not have this luxury and think that these things could be improved upon but I dont think this is at all the fault of the clinic. I am not pretending to know how this place might have operated in the past but it really seems like they are trying to step up and get things more coordinated with the communities they serve. I had a small hiccup when trying to pick up my medication. I was told that the wrong code was put in and that they would have to contact the doctor in order to fulfill my prescription. This took around two days but I expected it to take much longer...when I informed them I was going to Japan, they were able to get it done even faster. I have no complaints about this location thus far. Keep up the good work yall :)
Dont judge a book by its cover. Very impressed with the staff and doctors here.
The parking lot is tiny, angledand awkward. You dont have too much choices for parking. Front door is not ADA compliant.
