My wife and I have been working out with Nev for over a year and we can’t recommend her enough! The workouts are tough, but Nev encourages us through them and pushes us to our limits. We’ve both gotten great results and personally I’m as fit and healthy as I’ve been since before I graduated college.Nev does a great job of adapting to our needs (working specific areas, shifting workout times, etc) and if you’re considering a trainer definitely check her out.

I loved working out with Nev. Last year I hurt my back working out by myself in a gym with a workout plan that I found on YouTube. The experience made me realize that I need a professional to teach me how to work out safely. Nev helped me get fitter safely while tailoring the exercises around my back issue. I brought my wife to some of the sessions and we had a great fun.

Nev is a fantastic trainer. She can tailor her workouts for anyone. I particularly needed to fix my bad posture and muscle imbalances caused by climbing. She pinpointed everything I needed to do and helped me every step of the way. Its so exciting to work with an instructor that makes you step up your game. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

I really cant say enough about Nev, she has always made my health her priority. Naturally I am inclined towards eating really terrible foods but she has educated me so much natural alternatives, organic foods, and safe exercises that protect the integrity of my posture.Pre covid, I was a huge fan of her group exercises because they were TOUGHHHHHHH, but so freaking fun. The camaraderie and energy was through the roof! I cant wait til things get back to normal, its the first thing Im gonna sign up to do. LOVE YOU NEV!!

I never dreamed I could feel as healthy and strong in my body as I do after working with Nev. I have lost inches and gained muscle deffiniton that have exceeded the goals I originally came to her with. I feel comfortable in my bikini again. Her knowledge of both exercise and nutrition is endless and she is able to translate that knowledge into attainable and custom results. I look forward to every session because I know I am under the guidance of a real life changing professional. Nev is also kind, caring, flexible and a joy to be around.

My husband and I decided our Christmas gift to each other was to focus on our health. We were hoping to find a trainer who would work with both of us together, even though we are different sizes and fitness levels.Enter Nev. We are so lucky to have found her. She is knowledgable, energetic and inspiring.She comes to the gym in our building twice a week to train us -- which is a convenience we appreciate a lot. She listens carefully to our personal fitness goals, and personalizes each workout to help us achieve our objectives. Nev is thoroughly knowledgeable about how bodies work, how to use machines in our gym safely, and what exercises will bring us to the next level. She fine tunes each workout, even minute by minute -- depending on how we are feeling. We trust her completely.Workouts are challenging and full of variety. Nevs reassurance and humor helps keep our spirits high, even on those last reps when our ambition is wavering. When my husband had some concerns about his back, she took time to guide him through stretches and exercises to develop muscles safely. After only a few months so far, weve really noticed a difference in our stamina and strength, and look forward to seeing her much more this year.

Nev is such an amazing human being and an amazing trainer. She has helped me in so many ways which I am so grateful for. Not only is she making me stronger physically but also mentally as well. Furthermore she has been helping me overcome the most worst times of my life and gives me hope that I can become healthy again!! She pushes u in the workouts and is so motivational. I worked with Nev for the majority of my pregnancy. Having in-home training was a godsend and has enabled me to stay in very good shape throughout my pregnancy. Honestly, I’m in better shape than I was pre-pregnancy!My “gym” is my living room with a minimum of equipment (some free weights and elastic bands), so I have been much more consistent about workouts. I (pre-covid-19) traveled substantially for work, so having a workout routine that didn’t have a dependency on custom gym equipment made it easy to keep up the routine even while on the road. And as covid-19 became a concern, in-home training enabled safer workouts and then virtual workouts in a seamless way.Nev’s workouts have been challenging without being overwhelming and she’s very attentive to tuning them to your body’s abilities, soreness, etc. Early on, my habit was to take notes on our workout and replicate the workout 1-2x in between our sessions. She was supportive of this and even recording sessions early on when a lot of the exercises were new/unfamiliar.I’d strongly recommend her and at-home PT like she does as a great way to stay or get fit. I’m planning on working with her again once I’ve recovered post-baby.

Ive been working out with Nev in the last 6 months and couldnt be happier. Since then, Ive seen my general fitness level improve tremendously. After 6 months of training with Nev, I feel healthier and fitter than ever. Nev worked with me to set ambitious goals, created a personalized workout and diet plan, and gave me the motivation to push myself harder than I have ever imagined. Nev also knows how to strike the right balance between making our workouts enjoyable and pushing me out of my comfort zone. Nev knows how and when to alternate between different training types and exercises so Im always challenged. With her, I know that I will never hit a plateau. Nev helped me achieve amazing results and I recommend her services wholeheartedly.

My daughter who has orthopedic issues has been working with Nev for just 1 month. In this amount of time, Nev has helped her kyphosis more than 2 years of work with a physical therapist. Nev researched my daughters medical conditions and devised a training regimen tailored to her needs -- so my daughters condition is improving as well as her overall strength and stamina. Equally important, my daughter is regaining the confidence in her body that she lost as a result of several orthopedic issues. We cant thank Nev enough for her help.

Nev is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. I am a retired professional ski racer and have a lot of experience recovering from injury and exercising to prevent injury. She is extremely knowledgeable on how to customize your work out to help with injury recovery as well as prevent additional injuries in the future. I have been working with Nev for several months and I must say the exercises she puts me through are on par with the best physical therapy programs I ever encountered. I started working out with Nev only a month ago and Im already down a dress size. Sure I could watch YouTube videos all day long but it doesnt compare to having Nev show me the right way to do the exercises, correct my form and provide encouragement and laughter.Nev changes up the routines based on how my body is feeling and what my body needs - every workout is my body specific. When I told her I blew out my arms she changed my routine on the fly to work out a different part of my body.If you decide this year is the year youre gonna stop wishing and hoping youll get in shape you wont regret working out with Nev.

I used to try to do a little cardio on my own every now and then but used to fail to keep up with a regular schedule due to lack of will power. As a result with time I put on a lot of weight. Working out with Nev was the best decision I made. I have never been so excited to workout in my life. I actually look forward to working out with Nev every week. Nev is a great motivator and makes me want to do better with every session. She pushes me to do things which I never thought I would be able to do in my entire life. She personalizes the workout sessions according to your requirements and stamina. I have a slight ligament stretch in my left knee and Nev told me a couple of exercises to help me recover my knee injury. Regularly doing those exercises have made me confident about my knee and made it possible for me to do a wider range of exercises. Along with great workout advice she also gives strong nutritional guidance and motivates you to continue eating healthy. She is constantly in touch with you and regularly inquires about how you are doing with your eating and exercising. She has extensive knowledge about human body and its inner working and always makes it a point that I understand which muscle I am suppose to use and benefit from a particular exercise. She is full of energy, friendly and at the same time a solid trainer. I would definitely recommend Nev for all those who are thinking about getting into shape and fit but have not been able to commit.

I was always a weekend warrior. When Saturday came around, I got on my bike, or took a rigorous hike, but Monday through Friday found me hunched over a computer at my desk. After too many years of that my back ached, my posture was horrible and I injured my shoulders. I finally decided to take action, and starting working out with Nev. Nev has helped me learn the effective stretching techniques, and find exercises to strengthen my core and re-develop the muscles that help me to stand up tall. Every workout is different and challenging. Sometimes we work with weights, other times were on the mat or at a machine. Shes constantly seeking out new routines and helping to keep the sessions interesting. Ive been working with Nev for 6 months now and Ive experienced a huge improvement in strength and overall health.

AMAZING!Ive always been a bit on the heavier side of things and finally hit a point 3 months ago when I just got fed up with being unhappy about my body and fitness level. I stumbled upon Nevs card on a bulletin board and calling her has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. She applies just the right mix of humor, encouragement and straight up physical challenge to get amazing results. She also comes to the gym in my building every week and is incredibly flexible with scheduling.Im nearly 20 pounds lighter and have markedly improved muscle definition all over my body and couldnt be happier. Each week targets a different set of muscle groups according to a plan she makes specifically geared towards what you want to get out of your work together. If youre considering hiring a trainer you should call her immediately, you wont regret it.

Update:A year and a half ago I had my third baby. Needless to say that I have been piling up weight with every kid but this time a reach a new low. Still after year and a half I was almost overweight and had a goal to loose 30 pounds. I wasnt nursing anymore so it was time for me to try Nevs diet plan. I was AMAZED and surprised that the weight started to come off right away, I had clear instructions of what to eat and when and how much (a lot btw, you eat big portions) Im not going to lie to you to start and change my habbits wasnt easy, but Nev was with me every single day and every single meal and in between if I needed it. I was the one to make the first step but Nev really pushed me and pushed me hard motivating and encouraging. Not even two months have passed I already lost 15 pounds, feel great and energized and getting lots of compliments about my noticable progress. My husband even told me that he feels like hes cheating on me because my body looks and feels differently. I cant wait to lose additional 15 pounds to reach my goal and Ill make sure to leave an update here once I do.Original:If youre looking to achieve results - Nev will get you there. I have known Nev for almost a decade and met many of her clients. Its very inspirational for me to have observed them to reach their goals and more. Ive been working out with Nevrize at least once and often twice per week since September 2017, and will continue to do so. Nevrizes prices are higher than many other personal trainers, but shes worth it. She does offer a slight discount if you pay for your sessions in advance. I like that she comes to the gym in my apartment to train me, because thats really convenient for me.Nevrize is especially great if you like planning a consistent training session. For example, if you want to work out at the same time every Thursday evening. She is punctual, is flexible if you need to plan for a change in your regular schedule, and she communicates well.Before your first workout with Nevrize, she will talk with you to learn your fitness goals, any injuries, and your preferred schedule. When you work out with Nevrize, she is friendly and engaging. She is very mindful of your form and not only corrects your form, but explains why doing it a certain way works specific muscles, or any injuries that could occur by doing the exercise wrong. She regularly asks whether a certain exercise bothers a known injury, and if it does, she has you do a different exercise to work the same muscles without bothering your injury. She is also creative – making up exercises to target problem areas. She also emphasizes warming up and stretching, which is important.So Ill keep using Nevrize as my trainer because I like her methods, I trust her knowledge, and I genuinely like her as a person.
