Excellent circuit training workout. Trainers are personable and helpful. I had an injury and they suggested alternate exercises. Great 45 min workout at convenient times of the day. Visited through ClassPass.

Called them twice in two weeks. left voicemails each time. never heard back.... was interested in joining the gym but lack of follow up tells me the customer service is lacking.

My 3rd date with my now Fiancee was a trip to a boot camp at Riley Athletics. Now, about a year later, I still go 2 or 3 days a week. Its a great group of people sweating it out in a simple facility that produces great results. Connor was a new trainer when I started going and hes grown a lot as a trainer, he listens to people regarding injuries and goes out of his way make sure to pay careful attention to form. In the beginning, I wasnt in bad shape, but I wasnt in boot camp shape and one time I threw up after class. Today I find myself slowly stepping up the weights to challenge myself. Everything else I do, from mountain biking and playing volleyball is now easier, now Im a weekend warrior who trains and can keep up with almost anybody.

I started working with Kevin at Riley Athletics a little over year and a half ago. When I joined the semi-private training program with Kevin I was out of shape, had a very weak upper body, and was dealing with an ongoing neck and shoulder injury. When I went in for my assessment/orientation I could not do 5 pushup in a row. I wasnt very happy with my body and had never felt very strong upper. I am a cyclist so I had leg strength but that was about it.In the last year and a half, my whole life has changed. My entire self image has been transformed along with my body. I have lost pounds of fat while gaining 20lbs of muscle. When I first started working with Kevin I could lift only 95 lbs while deadlifting, 88 lbs squatting, and 60 lbs total for dumbbell chest press. Now I can lift 305lbs deadlifting, 265 lbs at front squats, and 180 lbs total for dumbbell chest press. And, most of all, I feel healthy and confident!Kevin has done an incredible job working with me to build my strength and confidence. He deeply cares about the success of his clients and provides excellent one-on-one support for all of us. His extensive knowledge of the exercises, ability to make workouts perfectly tailored to your needs, and dedication to healthy/safe workouts makes all the difference; I am able to participate in a healthy and safe workout.This has been one of the best experiences of my adult life and I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness, health, and personal self-image.Cheers,Devin
