So far THE BEST gym I’ve come across! It was indeed a very good experience working here. All the instructors are really good and very accommodating to clients schedule. I look forward to working out again here if I get an opportunity to move back to Seattle!

I signed up for the Jumpstart package and really enjoyed the personal training. It was personalized and the instructors are very focused on you as an individual. I also really liked the solo workouts because they give you a routine to follow which is much more motivating than simply coming for open gym. I am very cautious about COVID19 and felt they did a good job of limiting the number of people in the gym, creating zones, and having lots of cleaner/sanitizer around. The instructors wear a mask the whole time, and its optional for the students. I highly recommend this gym!
Really great crew of trainers here! When I joined, I had just been doing recreational athletics for a few years prior. After 4 months, built a strong foundation and look forward to continuing my progress. I see both newbs and advanced athletes training here!Transparent about pricing/options and convenient to use their website to sign up for classes, check your schedule/billing etc.Overall, really positive experience... Recommended for people who are ready to step up their game!
I just started and feel like I am already in better shape. This place is awesome and super motivating! The trainers are awesome, super friendly, but there to push you and get you to your best. I actually look forward to getting my butt kicked here! The workouts are short, but harder than anything else I have ever done (I have worked with several trainers before). DEFINITELY give this place a shot! Super convenient, especially if you work at Amazon - great to get in and out, a KILLER workout and to work. They switch it up every time, you almost never repeat workouts - its awesome. They make it super easy to try them out with the jump start, which is awesome. I found them through a referral from a girl I work with, who looks amazing and couldnt be happier!
Ive know about this gym for a while and decided to give them a chance after my gym moved. So its been three months a I like have a trainer with access the gym with classes. I feel like the trainers push you as well as listen. Personal Ive made great fitness gains.

Ive been training now at Pro Fit for over a year and am probably in some of the best shape Ive been in since college. Im in my late 50s and I have always been physically active all my life and want to continue to do as many of the activities (hiking,climbing) I enjoy for as long as possible. Ive had some pretty significant surgeries that have perplexed other trainers, but the trainers at Pro Fit have been amazing at adapting workouts so I stay in shape, corrected form that have resolved nagging injuries and and allowed me to keep doing what I enjoy...all in 25 minutes a 2-3 days a week. Pretty damned satisfied.
I have been going to this gym for more than 2 months now. The trainers are good. They motivate me to work harder and focus on the right technique. The training sessions are not the same and are fun. The environment is friendly. Here I have been more regular than my any of the previous gym memberships. Thanks to Jared, he is awesome trainer.
I have been going to Pro Fit for over 3 years, and I love it. Prior to joining Pro Fit, I had plateaued and was struggling to achieve my goals. The first few sessions were insane! Dre, Jared, and the rest of the team pushed me harder than I thought possible. Within the first 2 months, I noticed improvements in my stamina, strength, and overall fitness. The entire team is always super friendly and highly motivated to help me reach my goals. Because they are aware of my shoulder and lower back issues, they check up on me to make sure I don’t injure myself. On occasion, when these injuries prevent me from performing to the best of my ability, the trainers adjust my program, giving me the best possible workout while keeping me safe. The In Body Tests help keep track of my progress over time, letting me see not only improvements in workouts but also how well I’m progressing towards my goal. Investing in your health is one of the best thing any of us can do. I have been with Pro-Fit for 2+years now and I still love it. The work-outs are always new and challenging-never a repeat. The trainers are all personable, well educated in health and fitness, and consistently upbeat and attentive. They customize a 25min work-out for each client that is safe as well as goal oriented. I work out 2x per week (one private session and one couples session with my husband.) Honestly, I look forward to going to Pro-fit. Yes, I said look forward to! Its a permanent part of my life now. I have the worst time motivating myself to work out, but when I schedule my training time with my Pro-Fit trainer I commit to it and stick with it. This is the second year Ive been enjoying this model and type of training. You wouldnt think that 30mins could be so rewarding and intense but it is. Plus, the trainers are all great, personable and lets face it, attractive.So in a way, this gym is like getting my L.A. fix while here at home in Seattle. Thanks to Dre, Jared, Doug, Mike, Sarah, Jason, Chris, Mike and the rest of the crew that I havent trained with yet. Im starting 2016 on the right foot!
Ive been going to Pro Fit for just over a month and have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far. The staff is awesome - I felt welcomed and supported the minute I walked in. I love getting to work with a different trainer every session and that they somehow are all up to date on my goals and progress. They are readily available if I need advice on nutrition or off-day workouts. I really appreciate the excellent communication the staff has - it just makes the experience so seamless. The workouts are different every session and to be able to get it done in 30 minutes is awesome. Im always exhausted afterwards but definitely with a feeling of accomplishment. Id absolutely recommend Pro Fit to anyone looking for personal training.
I have been training with Pro Fit for 2 months now. Every coach I have worked with have a lot of knowledge on fitness training and they design workouts specifically for me based on my condition. I definitely achieved more with a 25min session than I did with 1.5hour workout by myself before. Absolutely recommend this place if you want to maximize your time efficiency for workout.

I have been a client of Pro Fit since the day they opened their doors. I have been challenged and pushed further than I ever thought possible and have seen a great amount of success. Ive been streaky at best with gyms in the past. It seems like I always get super motivated for a month or two and then find an excuse to stop going (travelling, came down with a cold, etc).Ive been going to Pro Fit for a couple months now and my motivation has only grown since the beginning. The combination of having an extremely helpful and encouraging trainer, and the InBody testing really makes it easy to keep coming back.(Bearded) Mike and Doug are great at judging my current fitness level and creating new and diverse workouts each time I come in. Im never getting sick of the routines because they constantly change. The way they change up the circuits while still distributing effort across muscle groups equally is almost an art form. I can safely say I would never have been able to accomplish that on my own.Not only are these trainers great at training, theyre just down-to-earth dudes. Theyre 100% non-judgemental, laid back, but will still push you through another round of box jumps when you were sure you were done two sets ago.So far, things have been going great during my membership... Ive got another InBody analysis coming up and Im excited for what will surely be positive results. Im glad I finally found a gym that I can stick to.
I just joined the gym and have been training for a couple of weeks now. Its early yet, but I can tell you that Ive loved every aspect of my experience thus far. Its the people that make experiences great, I find, and the folks at Pro Fit are wonderful.AtmosphereThe culture is warm, welcoming, personal. Its a small group of trainers who all get to know you almost immediately. What made the biggest impression on me is that on my first visit, I tentatively opened the door, and Jared walked right up to me and said hi Mariel! On my second visit, I (again) tentatively opened the door, and literally every trainer in there turned and said hi Mariel! Theres something about the atmosphere that makes you feel like youre immediately part of a kick-butt family, and I love that. The music is always pumping, and everyones in a great mood.TrainingMy favorite aspect of the training sessions is that theyre efficient. You sweat, you push to failure, you shake, youre sore. But you get it all done in about 25 minutes. Another awesome aspect is that somehow, magically, your trainer always knows exactly where you left off in the prior session (even when you trained with someone else). Theyre always ensuring your workouts are complementary and that you never do legs twice in a row. There must be some magical, crazy system that keeps track of all this -- no idea how they do it! -- but they do it well. Finally, I actually love that you dont have the same trainer every single time. Im sure folks end up having favorites, but it is nice to have a little variety especially because the variety doesnt come at the cost of not knowing where to pick up or where you left off last.EquipmentThe gym is compact, certainly, but theres some very high tech stuff in there. Love the inbody machine, the stair masters, and the weights. There was definitely big investments made in this gym, you can tell.ExtrasThe prices are a little steep given each session is 25 minutes vs. other gyms, but what you get is a whole lot more than just the 25 minutes. You get a full body analysis (fat content, muscle content, water content, resting metabolic rate, etc) via the most advanced machine there is out there. That analysis feeds into a nutrition program thats specifically targeted to your body analysis. Its so cool -- its like having a personalized nutritionist and trainer at the same time. This is only my first day on the nutrition plan, so Ill let you know how it is, but I will say that its really specific (which I like). Theres an actual food, quantity, time to eat it, and brand name of the food for every meal (and snack) of every day. Theres variety, and you can switch out food items as needed, but its REALLY comprehensive. The only downside is that there are no overarching guidelines to help me make decisions when I have to eat somewhere that doesnt give me access to whatever is in my guide. That being said, there are lots of options to swap for, so the chances are good Ill be able to find something to eat no matter where I go. Another extra perk is getting to go to the gym to work out on your own, even when you dont have a training session booked. I took advantage of that this weekend, and even though I was doing my own thing, a couple of the trainers checked in with me to see how I was feeling and what I was working on.Overall -- two weeks in, and am enjoying my experience. Highly recommend it to others!
I have been a client at Pro Fit for just over a year and I have to say without question it is the best gym I have ever belonged to. Ive used personal training at other gyms but never felt like those trainers really cared about my goals. The trainers at Pro Fit have helped me to find the love for exercising in a supportive, challenging, and friendly environment. They provide a mix of cardio, HIIT, and weight training and will even provide you with workouts for when you come into the gym on your own. Its great for a sense of accountability, and because they really listen to what you want (and share with other trainers so they are all aligned to your goals) you always feel like youre getting the personalized attention you need to turn it into a habit.I have worked out with every trainer there and every workout is designed to help me reach my personal goals. The 2x weekly boot camp classes are great and the other clients are also really wonderful people. And the best part is the results Ive seen - I feel healthier and have seen positive changes in my body and have a newfound passion for working out that I had always struggled to find.
