If youre looking for world class hands on personal movement and exercise, done in ageless fun formats, look no further. Founder, Pano, and his team have taken decades of training and experience and offer their clients the experience of getting in shape with the motto never stop playing, at any age. Very forward thinking and cutting edge, love it!

Contacted them regarding more information and was quickly replied. I took a look at the location. It was clean and everything looked well maintained. If interested I suggest reaching out to them.

I was in Seattle for a month and was looking for a gym to attend during my stay. Fremont Gymnasium stood out to me because of its multi-disciplinary approach. Its truly a unique place that offers an array of fun and dynamic classes focusing on specific styles of movement. Each class incorporates elements of the others so it feels very integral no matter which you take. The trainers take into consideration the clients interests and goals, and the difficulty level is adapted to challenge each person according to their ability. I have a mixed athletic background and personally focused on strength training. The guidance I received was top notch and I noticed my strength, form, and bodily awareness grow so much. I felt challenged each class and learned a bunch of new exercises and a more sustainable training mindset. The community created by the trainers and the other gym members is super friendly, welcoming, non-judgemental, and motivating. I would come back to Seattle just to work out with these folks again, and 100% recommend them to you if youre considering!

Ive been coming here twice a week with my wife for about a year now (Covid notwithstanding) and Im the strongest Ive ever been. Pano is an excellent coach and weve focused on a combination of functional strength exercises and conditioning. Working with him, my form has improved which has been great for protecting against injuries. Highest recommendation to anyone nearby.

Since the pandemic situation started to look better, I decided to get back to gym to make sure I got enough movements to cope with my sedentary work. I’ve been working out in this gym for about two months and this gym simply stands out. It looks very minimalistic at first, but actually has a nice collection of equipments and got everything you need.Pano, my coach, is far beyond my expectation. Pano respects individual differences and within that limit he’ll design the workout scheme to push you HARD. Besides training he’ll also provide advice for nutrition, lifestyle among other things for your better performance. With that, it’s almost a guarantee you’ll see progress in no time.

Many many years of doing my own thing fitness-wise (primarily running), and between injuries or low-motivation phases, Ive ridden the fitness roller coaster for awhile, without much overall improvement in my overall fitness level. And even though most of us, myself included, are not professional athletes, its nice to feel improvement.Aside from the consistency and motivational support I get working with Pano every week, hes helped me re-think aspects of my strength and flexibility that can be improved, so that rather than just staying in same place, Ive actually been running faster and staying injury free. In my day to day life, my posture and overall mobility - things I was only vaguely aware of being restricted - are feeling better every day too.

Pano is your partner in fitness, listening to your needs and pushing you to get more out of your training. I have been a member of many gyms and never found one with a personalized program that is so adaptable to my needs, which include many sports outside the gym.

Fremont Gymnasium is one of the best places in the city. Classic Seattle feel, great members, and none of the BS that is found at many of the other Box style gyms. Coaches are truly top flight technicians of their craft. Music is average at best ;)

The owner, Pano, trains my aspiring athlete 14 year old son, and has for a couple of years. Like any teen, he grumbles a bit on the way in, but on the way out hes always in a good mood: hes had fun and he feels accomplished. And the results show. Ive trained with Craig for almost ten years (at his prior location), and can attest hes one of the best strength coaches in Seattle.

If you’re looking for a solid gym with great members, a staff who’s going to push you to limits you never knew were possible, or are simply just sick of everyone talking about CrossFit, come train at Fremont!I have been training with Pano and Craig for over 8 months with almost a 30% increase in my strength, lean muscle gain and 2” loss off my waste.
